It took a little bit longer than expected to be delivered, but after I realized that it was being shipped from China I understand, but I would say this the adapter was a perfect match for my computer and this particular adapter is a very difficult adapter to find unless You get it from the manufacture. But I will give it a 10 out of 10 for overall satisfaction.

The battery of an ASUS laptop that is compatible with this charger is powered and charged as intended. It functions and appears to be an authorized ASUS adapter, even though the back's lettering no longer has the ASUS logo.

it's too short to stay connected and charging, even a slight vibration from the fan speeding up causes it to disconnect and I can't return it cuz when I unplugged it to make a return my cat bit it a bunch so they're gonna blame that for it not working but it's just not a stable connection! Update it just let off magic black smoke. It's faulty.

I would not order again. The base had a significant crack but had been securely packaged. Durability is not good.

Not as pictured. The item I received does not have the UL (U.S. and Canadian safety certification) Mark as shown in the photo, it shows a different manufacturer name, and the writing is in languages other than English (no English at all, not English plus others). It has a bunch of different symbols on it, some of which look like safety marks from other countries, but no U.S. or Canada Marks that I recognize (and I’m familiar with all of the major ones). It LOOKS similar to the photo (a black box), but I will not use a power supply like this that isn’t certified by UL.
