HG Mould Spray - Effective Black Mould & Mildew Cleaner, Removes Stains – 500ml

I'm not much of a reviewer, but credit where it's due this product is awesome We normally leave the bathroom window open to air the room out and help it dry, but with the colder weather of the last few weeks it's been closed, and several patches of mould have absolutely run wild, In the past I have kept them at bay with scrubbing with bleach and other cleaning products, but it never gets rid of the marks left behind fully I decided time to bite the bullet and get an actual mould cleaner and deal with it properly I was totally sceptical of the claims of simply spray it on and walk away, how on earth would that get rid of a horrible black patch on the ceiling But it works and it works extremely fast, The product says to leave it on for 30 minutes, but for me within 5 it was totally clean People have mentioned the smell, to me it mostly is a bleach type smell so no different to giving the bathroom a scrub anyway, it is potentially though and as you're spraying it on it does get a bit airborne so your eyes may sting a bit, I'd recommend keeping children and animals well clear while you're spraying and close the door after if possible The size of the bottle gives a lot of coverage, I heavily covered my whole bathroom, and all of the areas where it normally creeps in over winter, such as upstairs window frames, and I still have over half a bottle left Amazing product 10/10 will buy again if I need to without hesitation

This HG Mould Spray is a 5/5 gem item. I used it on stubborn black mould in the bathroom and it actually works — kills mould fast and makes surfaces look clean again. Good product, removes moulds fast. But 4 stars as peeling my walls and has very strong smell.

This stuff is so good!! We have a wet room with a non slip floor that collects mould terribly it’s been really difficult to remove with other products and a lot of scrubbing! This stuff you just spray on leave for 30 minutes and then rinse.. the bathroom has never been so clean it has restored everything the tiles and grout are bright white and the floor is perfectly clean despite the rough surface I couldn’t be happier with the result!! It’s easy to apply just spray and rinse no scrubbing!! I consider it great value as I’ve used so many other cleaners without the results!! I’ve ordered more it’s a good sized bottle it will last a while but it’s so good I don’t want to run out. It does smell strongly but I like it it’s a clean smell just ventilate the area while you use it and it’s not an issue!! Best by far in my opinion!!

We don’t have a window in our bathroom and the extractor fan isn’t great, so we get quite a bit of moisture build up and therefore a recurring mould issue. We had mould all the way round the bath sealant, on the tiles next to the shower and on the ceiling above the shower to the point where I thought we were going to have to replace the sealant and repaint the ceiling. I applied the mould spray all over the affected areas and I could see it starting to work after only a few minutes. After 30 minutes all the mould had completely gone with no need to wipe, I just used the shower head to give some of the areas a rinse down and that was it. It’s very impressive stuff to a dullster like me. It hadn’t just masked over the mould, it had actually eaten away at it. It will be interesting to see how quickly the mould returns if at all. One thing I will say though is that it absolutely stinks of chlorine and I’m glad I chose to use it on a day that my daughter was at nursery. The smell is horrible and can be quite overwhelming. I was wearing a pair of gloves as instructed and a full face mask (the kind you would wear if you were spray painting a car) and I could still smell it. Even with all the upstairs windows and doors wide open you could still smell it for hours after and it even lingered into the next day. It actually left me feeling quite short of breath at points and I had to leave the house, so if you have a breathing condition or are quite sensitive to smells then I do not recommend this stuff to you. If you have a baby or young children I would make sure that they are out of the house while you use this or at the very least a different floor to the one you’re using it.

It's rare that I'll leave a review but thought this deserves one! We live in a rented house and the kitchen and bathroom are in a cold extension. No matter how much we have the heating on, open the windows, wipe down with bleach etc it is always a battle at this time of year 😕 I read the reviews and decided that this was worth a try at a reasonable price. I was sceptical and when first sprayed on thought there was little chance of it actually working. Half an hour later there was some improvement so I sprayed again and left it to do its magic. The result after that was pretty good! Not 100% perfect but it had its work cut out so I'm very pleased and will continue to use it 😊 Please see before and after photos

Very good product that shows great result. Just be cautious as spray has strong smell, but this stuff really does a good job. Ensure area is well ventilated.

Good product, removes moulds in less than a minute and leaves surface sparkling. But had to give it a 4 star as it seems to be peeling my walls that have white paints on. But the walls with a colored paint seems fine.
