I don't often give 5 star reviews as, for most things, they have to be really special to get 5 stars. But I can't find fault with this, yet, and can't think of anything bad about it. I bought this to test the temperature of homemade bread. I will do that, and amend this review if necessary. So I have only tested it for accuracy in boiling water. It was accurate. It seems to respond quickly to a change in temperature as it started cooling down immediately after taking it out of the water. It, also, was the same temperature as my kitchen when I took it out of the box.

Great little whisk

Feels very cheap and flimsy and performs just as it looks. Honestly a little disappointed but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for which is sort of true in this case. For me the biggest issue is it takes ages to get a read. When testing a cake for a temperature, the temperature would climb but slowly. There is no backlight which I wouldn't bring up but it became apparent that it's needed in this type of things. Won't return but definitely not recommending.
