THIS PRINTER IS SO GREAT AND USER FRIENDLY EASE OF SETUP SENIOR FRIENDLY. MUCH BETTER THAN OTHER PRINTERS OUT THERE AND IT'S BY HEWLETT PACKARD ( HP) TO ME MEANS TOP OF THE LINE. IT CAN BE PACKED UP PORTABLE TO CARRY TO OTHER LOCATIOS, VERY LOW NOISE LEVEL, AND COLOR QUALITY OF PHOTO'S IS OUT OF THIS WORLD THAT I CAN TIME LINE LIFE PHOTO'S FOR MY TEN (10) GREAT GRAND CHILDERNS GROWTH AMAZON HAS PRINTER AND REFILL PHOTO SHEET'S CHEAPER THAN ANYBODY ELSE OUT THERE THAT I HAVE GIFTED SETS TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS NOW WE CAN MAKE QUALITY PHOTO ALBUMS AGAIN NOTE: DO NOT COME WITH BATTERYS ( ELECTICAL WALL UNIT PULG IN OUTLET NEEDED)

I bought this for my daughter as a Christmas gift, and she loves it. She's tech-savvy and said it was easy to set up and use. The color and picture quality are top-tier and allow her to have "hard copies" to capture some of her best moments. She loves it. I'd recommend it as a gift for teenagers and up, who are creative, or for those who want to have actual media instead of electronic photos.

My Mom loves it! Always hard to get find her something for Christmas that she will enjoy and find useful. This one hit the mark, I had to set it up for her, which was a breeze, the container meant for loading the picture paper was momentarily perplexing but once I figured out how everything slides it's actually a pretty intuitive design. Hold the power button down until the light comes on! My Mom thought it shipped broken because she just pressed it and it didn't come on, you have to hold the power button. Once I got her set up with her phone, showed her how she could pick multiple photos for a single print and shift them in the frames for a perfect fit, she caught on quick. I'm sure the appeal will eventually wear off, but she was chuckling Everytime the picture would run through, it does about 3 full passes from the loading sleeve to the back and then up into the drying tray, I don't know how it works, it's not incredibly quick but it does make very high quality, beautiful photos. Its incredibly easy to move around and hook up, phone connection is wireless, the size of the entire unit is smaller than a shoebox, so it's easy to store when not in use. I imagine the only downside will be the cost of purchasing more paper and rollers, but it comes with over 100 sheets and 3 rollers, and the bundle packs seem to be semi reasonably priced. She's printed about 10 pictures so far and everyone looks as good as the last.

I bought this as a gift for my sister who has a beautiful newborn this year. There were literally problems even before startup - as part of the setup, you are to download the sprocket app for instructions but I encountered numerous server errors upon opening. Okay, I'll let this one slide because this was on Christmas so maybe others had received this "gift" and overloaded the server. The app finally worked a few hours later and the setup was straightforward. I printed the first one and it came out fine (slightly grainy). It immediately went downhill from there. The subsequent pictures came out the way you see in the picture I uploaded. Initially, it mostly came out in the blue hue, then it printed the other colors you see in the picture. One other picture came out fine - I did not tamper with anything (application or hardware) in between the prints. So what did I do. All the troubleshooting method suggested by hp - firmware is the most up to date, the paper did not have any defects, etc. I checked to see if the size/megapixels of the images mattered. Nope. To add insult to injury, I even bought an additional paper/cartridge pack which I installed and still encountered the same issues. During the final prints, I noticed the film from the cartridge wasn't sticking and came out loose from the printer. The final straw was the paper jam at the end (pictures uploaded). Lastly, when I tried to search online about the blue hue issue (apparently prevalent), I found a variety of posts where hp reps responded with the standard troubleshoot blurb (with links that no longer exist). However, despite the OPs responding that the same issue persists, there is still no solution.

The printer is very easy to setup. All you need is Bluetooth on your phone and the HP Sprocket app. It comes with an adapter as the power source, 10 sheets, and 1 ink cartridge. The ink cartridge only prints 10 photos. You can purchase 2 ink cartridges and 80 sheets here on Amazon for $35 as of right now. (08/10/2021) The quality of the pictures is good. It resembles the picture quality on your phone pretty well. There appears to be just a slight quality difference, but it really won't make a huge difference. I don't see a yellow tint that a lot of people have mentioned. You can print either horizontally or vertically depending on the picture. Note that it takes time to print the photo, so please don't remove the photo until it's fully done printing. The app will tell you the print time in a loading bar, and the final photo will end up on the tray of the printer. Here is my only issue: when I printed my final photo, it damaged the ink cartridge's glossy paper. I'm not sure if this is because of the low resolution of the picture I printed, or if it's just a simple error in the machine. The app will notify you if the photo's resolution is too low, but I decided to print it anyway. Maybe that's why it damaged it. Fortunately, it was the last photo, so the ink cartridge was empty anyway. Overall, I am satisfied with this device and will continue to use it. I will update this review if anything happens to the printer. Update - I ordered new ink and sheets, and it works fine. No problems have occurred yet, and I am satisfied with this printer.

Works great bright great quality pictures

Buy the printer separately and avoid the bundle. The bag isn't the one in the picture. It's cheaply made and cannot fit the printer in it. Even if the printer is put into its two pieces it cannot safely fit and you chance the ink roller getting damaged. Very disappointing. The printer itself is good, but the bundle is a waste of money.

Buena impresora, y excelente paquete. Solo tuvimos que regresarla una vez pues nos llegó incompleto el paquete no venía con el estuche y lo volvimos a pedir y nos mandaron ya el estuche pero es un estuche para cámara no precisamente para la impresora o como se muestra en la imagen. Pero en ese estuche se pudo guardar todo sin problema

It’s amazing!!! I can now print off my own dirty pics like a closet perv is meant to do!! Lol I have soooooo many family pics I’ve saved on my fb that I can finally print before they shut down my account! Buy extra print paper though cause it does not come with enough!
