I absolutely LOVE this honey. It tastes amazing, but even more important, Manuka Honey is supposed to have healing properties. Since taking a spoon full of this in warm water with some Ceylon Cinnamon (as recommended by a friend whose mother was helped with this), I'm seeing some improvements in my bad knee (I only recently started so it's too early to say how this will go long term)

We really like Manuka (we have it every morning at breakfast) but Amazon needs to rethink their shipping packaging. Because it ships in a soft pack the product arrives with a broken cap every time.

As far as Manuka Honey goes this is the best price I have seen it at. It tastes great and for me it has medicinal value.

It doesn't look and taste like honey in supermarket. It is creamy, taste a little between molasse and caramel. I don't know re the medical side.
