Winsor & Newton Calligraphy Ink Bottle, 30 ml - Black , 1111030

I bought this ink to use with a glass dip pen. The leaf green is a nice fresh colour. The ink flows nicely and dries reasonably quickly. The bottle is glass with a plastic screw top 30 ml size is good value and nice to use.

Good product, do not use on fountain pens only dip pens

I don't really know how the white ink should behave, I tried painting on black paper surface, ink is quite transparent and I don't like such effect. I am sure that quality of ink is good, I have black ink the same brand and it's amazing. White one is just not what I expected to see, I mean I thought it would create think layer (not transparent) on black paper.

What was an experiment to see if I could revamp an old artificial plant that had lost almost all its colour, turned out quite well I think! I decided to try green ink to get some colour back as I didn’t want to paint the leaves. I needed a sort of stain which would be translucent. Anyway I think it worked well.

The adverts say that, yes, this is suitable for use in fountain pens. My experience is that the fountain pen is constantly blocking. I purchased another brand of ink specifically for use in a fountain pen and the blocking issue has disappeared. This is a good ink for dip pens - not fountain pens.

I bought this for my cousin and she loves it. The color is good. Looks just like the picture flows awesome Inc. qualities good very functional value. The money is good. Quality good. The flow is good. I don’t know about smudge resistant because I don’t use it.

Buena calidad, colores vivos, no tsrda.mucho en secar. Si la recomiendo en plumas de inmersión ya que es un tanto espesa y podría dañar las plumas fuentes. Pero para inmersión excelente

In tegenstelling tot wat is vermeld bij dit product is (volgens opgaven van W&N deze inkt niet geschikt voor vulpen. Met dippen is het prima inkt. Voor vulpen moet je (wederom volgens opgeven W&N) de inkten van W&N met de BLAUWE dop hebben.
