Q: Could you get a mac air 11 inch in it?

I don't own a Macbook Air 11" but I saw it is 30cm long and 19.2cm wide. I think it will fit, but at the limit, I tried with a 30cm ruler. You will be able to pull the cover over and fasten it, but not close the zipper. The bag has 30cm listed a height, but that's the outer size, the inner zipped compartment is more like 25cm x 25cm. And the reason you'd be able to fasten the cover over it is that you'd be taking up the cover slack which is normally meant to accommodate the bag thickness when it's filled with lots of stuff.

The bag I have is brown in two shades. The darkest brown is restricted to the part with the studs on. None of it appears green.

Q: Is this have back pocket?

No, but it has a front section, the main section and a zipped inside. No zippered pocket on back of bag. Well made. Well pleased with mine. Can put purse, cards, ipad, phone easily.

Q: What material is the flap made of and the little lable at the front?

The flap is canvas like the rest of the bag with a thick stip of leather. The label is on the front near the bottom of the bag. Great bag by the way.
