Excellent Product. Very strong fabric, screw tight lid, no leaks, water stays really cold for at least 12 hours (depending on weather temperature, and how long you leave it to freeze in your freezer.) Will definitely be buying a 2nd one soon. 10/10

I actually love this product. I go running daily but I tend to come back with an injury, or at least an ache in my foot, knee or calf. A lot of the time, the ache is a lot worse the next day so instead I use this when I get home to help with any minor swelling and the next day I am good as new. It helps prevent ailments rather than fixing something already damaged. You can fill with Ice or cold water. I fill with water and put in the freezer which works too. Very durable and good material. If you just fill with water it moulds to your foot so it has good coverage. This product is actually a little larger than I was expecting, and I would have actually got a smaller version if I had know. Great product and good value for money. Recommended for any runners or avoid sport players.

Very easy to use, comfortable and feel really good quality material, bought two which I would recommend filled 1 hot 1 cold alternated on knee injury. Eased the pain. Would recommend this product

I'm using this on a daily basis due to lower back issues (my Chiropractor recommends using ice rather than heat). I fill it with ice cubes before going to bed as my pain and spasm is generally early morning. The bag doesn't leak around the stopper thus far, and the contents have generally not melted very much even 7 hours after filling it....assume this means it is quite well-insulated. Obviously, the more ice you put in the longer it will last. I bought a 'medium' size and it is perfectly adequate for the lower back. I'm guessing a 'small' would be good for headaches, etc. It has been an absolute life-saver in getting me mobile several hours after going to bed. I also think it will be incredibly useful when the hot summer nights return - fingers crossed! Highly recommended.

I bought this ice pack to help relieve the pain from my Wife's broken shoulder. It is a brilliant ice pack. Really easy to fill with ice cubes and with no leakages. I filled it with ice cubes on it's arrival a couple of days ago. After each use I put the filled ice pack in the freezer ready for the next use. You do not have to wrap it in a tea towel as is the case with a pack of frozen peas to prevent getting wet. There is also no ice burn with this product. If I could give 6 stars for this brilliant ice pack I surely would. look no further, this is an excellent, user friendly product.

This is the best ice pack I've ever owned. It's a lovely robust soft fabric which holds the cold water very well, I believe it does hot as well but never used it for that. It has a metal opening and secure top, no leeks. I UT it in the fridge and put it under my pulled shoulder whilst sleeping which relieved the pain. I have already recommended this product as Excellant. I got the large and is well worth the £5..excelland value and product.

Have owned one for over 10 years so decided to get a couple of new ones. The old was still working well but looked a bit tatty. Considering how much use the old one had I didn't hesitate in buying this same type again. Brilliant product, still a bargain and it'll last year's.

I had surgery recently on my foot and it was bandages but I was told by surgeon to pop an ice pack on foot as it was very swollen. Anyway looking at the sizes I opted for the medium size. When it came yes it’s thick material well made but it’s not very easy to flatten out. Due to it being quite stiff it was more balancing on my foot rather than hugging it like a bag of peas would and every minute it kept dropping off my foot to my frustration so it isn’t good for my particular purpose. If you can sit and actually hold it yourself onto the injury then it probably would work for you but for the top to my foot where I can’t reach to just constantly hold it on it didn’t suit my purpose. Also I bought medium and my feet are only size 5 but it only just sat on top so sizing is very small I would say
