I bought the 2.4 inch thick one. It's the best one I have bought so far. I had back surgeries, and can't sit for long. This helps me to be able to sit up for longer periods of time. I have them at home, in the car, and at our cabin.

This was purchased for my student who has Muscular Dystrophy Duchennes syndrome who has begun developing skin breakdown. His parents cannot afford to purchase nor do they have the knowledge of what would help. Just to see the look of pain relief on his face was priceless. Of course we (his teacher and para also) are all pulling together to care for him and help the parents to fulfill the needs as they also have a second son who also has the same disease. Being a nurse in an ESE center school I see many needs for my totally handicapped students and appreciate Amazon and their participating business that make it more affordable to accommodate our needs.

This is thick and nice. Really cushions your butt on hard surfaces. This may not be the quality of Purple, but it is adequate for it's purpose. This is one of the very few truly thick ones out there. Purple is still thick but then 5x the price of this one.

It wouldn’t go all of the way back into the seat because it was square. It kept slipping forward. It was too thin.

I am so happy I bought this cushion. I have bed sores and a bad back. This cushion gives me a chance to sit without being in pain. It is a great product and well made. I just love it.

Not very big, wasn’t comfortable to sit on and caused more pain when sitting on it than without it.
