Roughneck Micro Fork

Excellent little fork. Despite its size, it’s solid and well-built — feels sturdy when digging or turning soil. The 740mm length makes it perfect for tight spaces or quick garden jobs where a full-size fork is awkward to use. The handle is comfortable, and the balance is spot on. It’s ideal for raised beds, borders, and general maintenance work. Very impressed with the quality and strength for the size. A great addition to my garden tools — highly recommend.

I needed a short fork to dig out a mass of ragwort in my hay field. I found it easier to do this by getting down on my hands and knees. so needed a short fork with reduced head for digging out single stem roots. my only criticism, and only because of my intended use, the tines could do with being sharper, they're quite chunky. Realising that I wouldn't be able to apply the same downward force as with a stand-up fork I ground the tines to more of a point. It worked beautifully with this modification. Contrary to some other reviews I don't see any issues with the sturdiness of this tool. It's well made and excellent value. Proud to own it!

Watch the torque you put on it the joint between the handle and the fork is hollow and not braced. Ideal size for hand use in raised beds etc.

After reading reviews I was worried but this fork, so far, is great for me. It is very sturdy, slightly heavier than I thought (for me anyway) but great to work with. I bought it to turn my compost as I'm short and weak and it has been great.

I'm disabled, so I grow my flowers, plants, herbs and fruit trees in tubs.. I stumbled upon these micro tools. And thought they'd be perfect for me. Although they are still a little heavy for me, but I do have grip problems. I found them easy to use, perfect size for me to sit on a stool and tend my planting of my garden tubs and planters. Great for 8-10 year olds too.

I've had other tools in this range and they're fine. So is this but the one thing that I didn't like so much was the water that ran back down the shaft toward the D handle when using it to dig with after I'd left it stuck upright in the ground on a rainy day. Water seems to have run down and filled a space inside. Apart from not feeling so good having wet hands/gloves until it's emptied, it can't be doing the tool much good. Not sure what the answer is (apart from don't leave it out in the wet!) but perhaps there could be a better seal or the void (that you cannot see) is filled with a plastic or foam material.

Meine alte, kleine Gabel hatte leider 2 Zinken verloren. Somit mußte eine Neue angeschafft werden. Leider ist diese doch um einiges kleiner als meine Damengrabegabel. Dafür ist diese Gabel aus einem super Material. Der Stiel ist Plaste ummantelt. Sie ist super griffig, wenn auch sehr kurz. Trotzdem ist sie habdlich
