Does it fit the Bugaboo bee with the bee+ wheel?

If it has the round wheel post, yes. I use an original style board for my donkey with a two seat. But my board for my bee3 has a narrow/oval shape wheel post and it has it's own slim cycle seat style seat for the board. I prefer the twoo seat. It's much better for younger children, it supports them well. My daughter slept for 3 miles sat on her two seat with her head resting on the carrycot! Hope this helps.

Is this the genuine twoo seat as can't see from image a click point hole where it clicks into the seat to stop the seat coming off

Yes there is a click point right at the bottom of the black bit. The silver shaft comes off the bottom part if you pull it straight up but it seems secure enough. Everything about it seems genuine.

The metal tube on ours slides clean off the base attachment - so it can be removed from the board without depressing the button, is this right?

Ours is exactly the same and initially I was concerned. However, now that its in daily use it has not caused any problems. It does seem a bit strange to have a release button when the shaft can simply be pulled out.
