Utopia Crafts Velvet Lux Chenille Super Soft Chunky Yarn for Knitting and Crochet 100g (1, Ivory)

Great colour, soft and cute, easy to see while knitting found 1 knot mid ball, but it wasn't noticeable great value

I have been trying to find true chenille yarn that is a decent density. This fits the bill. Like true chenille is is a string centre with the chenille (fluff) over it, so yes it will come away at cut ends. Also yes if you pull too hard will snap, I only found this when tightening a magic ring if not careful. I had to undo many stiches and found no clumping of the chenille so was able to reuse yarn, other brands I cannot do the with at all. I used a 5.5mm hook for photo, you can see no gaps. Would happily buy again, in fact waiting for light grey to come into stock again.

This yearn is really soft, really cute colours but the fluff does come out at the end and while I was making a short for my sister, I pulled a bit too hard and it broke. My solution for the fluff coming out is to burn the end when it shows the white thread but be careful if you're going to do this. First I cut a little piece of the yearn, like scrap yearn, and tried to burn the end in case it didn't work and it would just catch on fire, but for the role of yearn that I got it fixed the end for me and no more fluff came out. I do have to hide it very well as I'm making shorts and the melted end could be uncomfortable if exposed, could be ugly too. I did find a knot in the middle of the yearn while I was crocheting as well.

Perfect for plushies. Nice to work with but does shed a bit if you need to frog it but if you’re careful it will be fine.

Had an issue with this particular yarn with there being less yarn than bought and the issue was resolved quickly and efficient so great customer service is provided. I have used multiple yarns from this company and have nothing but great things to say the quality is great the colours are great they look very neat and are very easy to work with

breaks too easily, sheds so much, snaps really essily too. no matter how lightly i tug, what hook size i use, its impossible to crochet with this low quality yarn. i want my money back lol

Lovely wool but it seems to have been snapped and tied back together which makes it more complicated for my project as I'm a beginner.

È davvero delicato. Basta tirare con una leggera forza e si rompe. Quasi impossibile fare un Anello magico che tirando si spezza il filo. Eppure il colore arancione e rosso della stessa marca sono ottimi e resistenti. Non capisco se mi è arrivato un gomitolo difettato o boh. Davvero odioso lavorarci

Fin' ora il miglior gomitolo di ciniglia che abbia mai usato. Non si sfilaccia mentre si lavora con l'uncinetto. L'ho usato per fare uno squalo balena a mio figlio ed è stato facile usarlo.

I bought this as I have used similar wool to great success in the past for crochet projects. Unfortunately this blue wool broke so badly and often that the crochet fell apart, basic attempts at sewing led to lots of fluff and breakages. Would not recommend this at all.

Ottimo, gradevole al tatto compatto nel lavorarlo non si sfilaccia. Ho fatto un paio di amigurumi risultato perfetto.
