Q: Can you please advise me if these speakers are comparable to my smart tv and does the appropriate lead come with it to connect to tv -

No!! No cable for your smart TV however they do come with some normal speaker wire + _ but I must say that this relatively cheap speakers really pump out a good sound, I have 2 pairs

Q: Can someone possibly show me a picture of the speaker driver itself. I need this for a project ant it would be very helpful.

HiSadly you can't remove the front grill so can not show you this.Sorry about that

Q: Do they have screw holes in the back; as to mount them?

Better than that. They have a pull out lug, so you need only one screw on the wall, when mounting leave the screw about 4mm protruding so the speaker will be as close to the wall for ecstatic reasons.

Q: I have a usb record player with red and white cable Connectors for speakers. Do these speakers have the red and white audio connection ports?

These speakers are very basic, each speaker has a cable that splits into two plain wires that have to be clamped x 4 into the back of my fairly/very old (15years) style midi system! Hope this helps!
