Great supplement, terrible taste
Works great as a means of cognitive enhancement and a pick-me-up (better than coffee which just makes me do stupid stuff faster) BUT the taste is awful. So I brew it in a tiny amount of hot water, top it up with cold water and knock it back as fast as I can. Not put off by the taste though, the benefits I see in enhanced ability to focus, deal with complex tasks faster and think on my feet even at the end of a workday far outweight the taste issue.

Why on earth is the packaging exactly the same for vastly different products?
Ever gotten up, early in the morning with that familiar feeling of desire brewing for your first cup of coffee. That was me this morning. I pulled out a box, one of 3 i’d just ordered on subscribe and save, noticing the sachet seemed smaller, but thinking nothing of it. Poured it into my mug, only to notice the powder was suspiciously lighter than coffee. Still clenching onto the desire of that first ravenous sip of organic java, my taste buds and hopes were dashed with the first drink. “What the h-e-double-hockey-sticks IS THIS?!!!” Weak, tasteless, healthy perhaps but the epitome of disappointment and anticlimax, this “organic elixir mix”, upon closer inspection is NOT what i meant to have ordered! But i, unsuspecting, trusting customer that i am, wouldnt have noticed this because its the same color, size and blooming font of the ACTUAL organic coffee mix ive been enjoying for two months til now. Im really flabbergasted that any marketing person would have signed off on this. Is there no concept of customer consideration or forethought that people might order an identical looking product unintentionally and be incensed?…. It IS coffee we’re talking about after all! Ill now be trying to figure out a way i can send back this product and strike it from my subscribe and save list into perpetuity. I literally never want to see or be reminded of its existence again. It actually shouldn’t exist! Stick to coffee, four sigmatic, and get a better grasp on reality and your customers’ buying and tasting experience. Future customers, dont let this happen to you! Note: thankfully amazon allowed me a refund for my 3 boxes of this dreadful elixir! Thank you, amazon, for saving my day and my mornings!

Clearer mind.
Easy to take, I dissolve one sachet in my morning coffee.

Great product
Love this! Added it to my smoothies with protein ice and some fruit. Taste isnt noticeable which is good think because it slips in a smoothie unnoticed. I would say its malty if anything. sachets are annoying and would prefer a different package as i found myself ripping it open and getting it everywhere on many occasions. But thats an easy fix and no reason to rate this product down :)

Tasty but useless
This is delicious and beautifully packaged and I bought it as a coffee alternative. Unfortunately the portions are tiny and I didn’t notice any positive effects of this product (except the nice taste). I think this is insanely expensive for what it is.

A friend mailed me three packets of Lion's Mane with the directions to "drink in coffee every morning for three days," then get back to him with how I felt. DAY 1: I felt an extra jolt, something I couldn't quite put my finger on. My attention and focus seemed better, memory recall etc. It kind of felt like my brain was in the Matrix, I was able to catch anything that flew by me. It was amazing. I figured it was the placebo effect though. DAY 2: I didn't feel quite the same intensity of results, but felt good. DAY 3: I didn't feel quite anywhere near what I felt on day 1 and day 2, but I did notice that my mood had been consistently good for those three days, my mental energy was consistent from morning to night, and I was able to recall names, places, and facts without hesitation -- rarity for me. I ordered a box of my own. DAY 4: No Lion's Mane, no withdrawals, no feelings of grogginess, just felt completely normal. DAY 5: Still felt normal. DAY 6: Normal still. DAY 7: Got my box of Lion's Mane in the mail, gave some to my friends and asked them to tell me how they felt after 3 days of consistent use. Everybody loved the initial rush of Day 1, all said they felt focusing was better. Some have been asking me to give them more since then lol. Tastes like the back of a stamp with earthy tones, and somebody said it definitely has a mushroom flavor. It really inspired me to find natural mental boosters, so grabbed some Ginkgo Biloba tea at the local Asian grocery and now make a morning elixir with the Ginkgo and Lion's Mane. I much prefer drinking it in a tea, rather than my coffee (I love the taste of coffee as it's own elixir). The friend who sent me packets that started this whole thing uses Lion's Mane every day. He says he doesn't notice the effects anymore, but says that overall he feels great -- but he's a healthful dude overall. Who really knows? 5 Stars though.
