I bought this at a discounted price of £13.33 and I'm glad I did. First thing I noticed is that the pouch is only half full when you open it. The dosage isn't provided in teaspoons/tablespoons. The dosage is 10-15 grams per day. So I had to go find out how much that was using a different product on amazon (magnesium powder). So, based on that 10-15 grams would be about four full teaspoons a day. So, not only am I not really sure of the correct dosage as it is said to vary according to the substance but this is then only likely to last me a week? Mmmm...I'm hoping it's worth it. I bought a different brand of acai powder before (Organic Sambazon freeze dried by Rainforest foods) and I had a fairly positive experience with it. I lost weight and it had a detoxing effect (flu symptoms) though I can't attribute this to any one thing in the product specifically. I just know that something worked. It looks and tastes like powdered cardboard, like I knew it would. Best mixed in with smoothies or thick juices- beginning with just mixing a bit of the liquid into the powder at the bottom of the cup till it dissolves a bit, then adding the rest.

I opened my amazon package to find the naturya bag completely ripped open with a piece of sellotape that someone had tried to fix it with. (Apparently not very successfully as all the powder was coming out.) I am actually in shock at how naturya and or amazon could have thought this was an acceptable way to sell a product. Do NOT buy!!!

Got it today, ate it today. Never had this before, so I was curious to see what was all about. For me it tastes like walnuts, so it was so yummy that I could not help myself and had the whole bag. Anyway I mixed it with banana, soy milk, prunes, walnuts etc....Very addicted for me, therefore I am not buying it anymore. It was once and that was that for me.
