Best MCT oil I've tried so now I only get this one. I use it to supplement my keto diet - stir a tsp into my morning coffee to give me a kick to start the day and that's all I need as I've been keto for many years now. If I ever get out of ketosis (like a holiday or hospital stay where I can't eat keto for a week or two) I use this 3x a day to boost ketones while I get back on track and I don't get many of the 'keto flu' symptoms like you would if you had to start keto again from scratch without this. I also use green tea x a day when I need a ketone boost and that helps too. Staying hydrated is also important. But yeah, 100% love this - great size, lasts ages, great quality, zero taste or smell, if you're starting out you might get a few stomach cramps the first few days but that will likely pass away quickly, I had no side effects at all tbh, brilliant value for money!

So my review is completely objective and one from my own experience of taking this oil every day for 6 months. My review and personal experience!!!! I cant rate this highly enough as a customer. I originally bought this to take on a whim for the short term whilst iam on the keto diet and to get into ketosis. I can honestly say hand on heart, since the first day of trying and taking this I have continued to take this every day and have noticed a phenomenal difference from day 1 of taking this. I have been on this C8 MCT Oil for the last 6 months. It has not only helped me to lose nearly 2 stone as part of staying in ketosis and the keto diet, but it has helped me physically and mentally. I have alot more energy in the day. Alot more !!!!!!!! And I notice a massive difference if I dont take the MCT oil. To a detrimental effect in that I struggle to get through the day and have alot less energy. Before this I was completely bedridden with servere pain and chronic fatigue syndrome, however I now carry out my day to day activities with ease and iam up and about like any other person. It has also helped me with my mood iam much much happier and I have better mental clarity. To the point I have better focus and concentration and have gone back to study. It has been life changing... The team look at why you are using this oil and set a programme unique to you so that you then get the absolute best results from the product. For the purpose you wish to use it for. I now have subscribed to having this product every month, so that I do not miss taking this oil. I usually take it in the morning within a fat keto coffee to start my day to boost my energy and to set me up for the day, but like noted above you can also use this to help with mental clarity, concentration and focus as well as improve sports performance. Product seems ok, no side effects so far. Just that I paid extra for a glass bottle but received a plastic one. Will give a proper product review on future orders, I’ll see how this one goes.

Good quality Mct oil

This did not work for me the way I hoped. I followed the instructions carefully and gradually upped the dose from 5 ml to 10 ml to 15 ml, no more than once a day (to see how I coped with that), but after I got up to 15 ml once a day, I started reacting very badly to it - severe upset stomach and stomach cramps, light headedness and nearly blacking out, palpitations, and diarrhea. It also didn't do anything to stave off hunger - I had it an hour before meals, as recommended, but ended up being just as hungry as usual. It made me very jittery and anxious, so I guess this is not for me. I already follow a healthy low carb diet, so I guess I'm better off sticking to natural, whole foods rather than looking for additional dietary aids. Perhaps this works well for others, but it didn't work for me. Customer support from Olivia was excellent, though, although I never got a response from Damien regarding issues I was having with the app on my phone and the computer. The taste of the oil itself is fine, it doesn't taste like anything and I had no problems swallowing it plain.

Cependant je suis un gras fan du café gras du matin et c'est parfait avec cette huile !! 🟢 Pure C8, donc ultra efficace pour un max de cétones en un rien de temps. 🟢 Bouteille en verre : chic et plus écolo que le plastique. 🟢 Format pratique pour les fans de café keto ou ceux qui veulent un coup de fouet rapide. 🟢 Facile à digérer, pas de surprise au niveau de l’estomac (si on en abuse pas !). 🟢 Idéale pour maintenir l’énergie sans passer par la case sucre. 🔴 Un peu cher comparé aux autres huiles MCT, mais la qualité est là. 🔴 Attention à ne pas en abuser dès le début : effet laxatif si ton corps n’est pas habitué ! 🔴 Pas de doseur fourni, il faut doser à l’œil. Au final, si tu cherches un boost d’énergie sans les montagnes russes de la caféine ou du sucre, cette huile MCT Pure C8 fait le job à merveille. À tester dans le café ou le smoothie pour voir la différence !

A great mct oil that doesn’t upset the stomach too much. I’ve got a sensitive stomach but this one has worked well for me. Using it in my bulletproof coffee everyday and it’s great pure oil from a great company. Very helpful for keto diet and for fat adaption

I accidentally ordered a plastic bottle. So I contacted the seller to return it and order a glass bottle edition. They were so kind, they reacted fast and just sent me a glass edition product without any problems.
