These are so much better in terms of quality than other cheaper resistance band sets available - including the set I already own. In particular, the handles are bigger and feel more robust, the carabiner links are much better quality, without the exposed jagged metal edges of cheaper sets and the handle attachments are substantial and large metal rings, not tiny cheapo D rings, which makes switching bands easier, though still a bit of a faff, The resistance of each band is given in kilos, but not written on each band, unlike many of the cheapo ones....that's a fundamental major oversight when you have to consult a scrap of paper to remind you what level of resistance each band is. Also the weights given are peculiarly precise (as opposed to being necessarily accurate) given the variable nature of band work where you can adjust resistance by choking up or lengthening. I don't think any are given in round numbers, they're all things like 18.6kg, 13.9 kg or what-have-you....that's just a nonsense level of precision. The range of weights is also quite narrow, the highest being ~18 kg and the lowest being ~11kg. That might be an issue for beginners or people who are looking for lighter resistance. The piece de resistance (ho ho see what I did there) is the protective sleeve which you can use when wrapping bands round posts, trees etc. Thats sooo useful, because without that your bands will get damaged on rough surfaces (e.g I use mine on rough metal football goalposts and trees in public spaces.) So overall pretty happy despite one or two drawbacks. Update as I've bought a second set of the same bands to allow greater flexibility in terms of the exercises I can do. I'll just add something further about the alleged resistance levels, namely that it's claimed the red band has a higher resistance (~15kg) than the blue band (~13kg). It most certainly does not! I'd already found that from my first set, the red offers much less resistance than blue. A simple examination of the relative band core thickness would tell you that, along with pulling on the same length of band to compare each colour. I'm not too fussed as the listed weights can never be more than anything but a loose guide, but blue is very definitely thicker than red.

What a fantastic price for these! They arrived promptly and thus far seem of very high quality. Plenty of combinations to create the ideal tension for training. You do get a fairly weak manual which is a 4 page affair but as other have mentioned there are plenty of how to guides out there on the internet. They STINK of latex by the way. Reak of it. I am sure this will die down with use. But worth to note. The bag they come in is just a nylon affair with a draw string. Does the job, but you will not look cool carrying those around, if that's what you intend to do. I've not used the door wedge piece yet, nor the shoe straps. Everything seems stitched together well and the carabiners work as they should. They are all secure. Each band is rated in lbs so you can start low and build these up as you wish for increased tension. I am hoping the foam handles hold up well with use since you only get one pair. Overall, you cannot go wrong with this pack at this price!

I ordered this recently for my workouts as I wanted to train in a way that's easier on the joints. Dispatch and delivery was prompt using Royal Mail 48h tracked. My initial view is that the tubes are ok. I'll update this review based on usage over time. The protective sleeve is a good idea. They hardly take up any space and are ideal if you don't have space for free weights. Be mindful that for the door anchor you need to be on the opposite side of the direction of the door opening. Pro tip: if you want to change resistance quickly for drop sets etc, just add all of the desired tubes at once into the sleeve and keep connecting/disconnecting them from the handle metal loop as needed. Resistance levels: I think the listing should include the range of resistance. They are as follows - Black - 9kg (min stretch) - 18kg (max stretch) Green - 5.9kg (min stretch) - 17.2kg (max stretch) Red - 3.6kg (min stretch) - 15.9kg (max stretch) Blue - 2.3kg (min stretch) - 13.6kg (max stretch) Yellow - 1.4kg (min stretch) - 11.8kg (max stretch) The areas of improvement: 1. The bag - This could definitely be of much better quality than the one provided. The current one feels very thin plastic-like and it isn't the kind of drawstring that you can put around your shoulder. I currently have a set of resistance bands from Bramble and perhaps I'm being too harsh by comparing the two. 2. The ankle strap attachment: There were no exercises in the booklet I received that required the use of the ankle strap. Additionally the booklet specificies that we only use the door anchor in the way it's shown i.e. door anchor being on the top. Given that the tubes can only be stretched to 1.5 times their original length, it might be pretty challenging to do exercises using the ankle strap without putting yourself in an awkward position or without using the door anchor at the bottom/side of the door. Stretch: Strictly personal preference but it's kinda difficult to eyeball if I'm stretching the band to 1.5 times its original length while exercising. It's ok if I'm doing exercises standing on them such as bicep curls etc but difficult when doing chest flyers,rows, etc. If there was a visual cue like a marking or warning text hat becomes visible when being stretched, it'll be really helpful to let these last long and avoid injury from snapping. Overall a decent bit of kit for the price.

Dopo un primo acquisto per testare il prodotto, ne ho ordinato subito un'altro per avere le coppie di elastici della stessa resistenza e un secondo accessorio per le porte. Permettono di effettuare tantissimi esercizi e di impostare una discreta gradualità nel tempo. Sono fantastici per simulare le croci ai cavi (anche inverse). Perfetti per le alzate laterali e numerosi altri esercizi per spalle, braccia e grazie alle cavigliere, anche per le gambe. Il piccolo manuale mostra alcuni semplici esercizi di utilizzo, ma le combinazioni sono quasi infinite. È un ottima soluzione per chi comincia, ma grazie alle diverse resistenze a alla possibilità di sommare gli elastici è adatto anche a chi è già ad un livello avanzato, a chi non ha e non vuole manubri e bilanciere in casa. Personalmente sto cercando di ridurre o limitare l'uso dei pesi in ghisa, sostituendoli con esercizi a corpo libero o con elastici, ritengo questo metodo meno traumatico per tendini e articolazioni.

Ce produit est finalement fabrique d'une façon que j'attendais depuis très long temps. Car le produit contient les petit crochets. C'est une petite chose mais c'est cela qui permet une bonne travaille! Car on peut changer la pression très très rapidement pour les exorcises. Également le crochet pour la porte permet de travailler de haut et de bas, c'est très bien. Je suis ravi d'avoir acheté ce produit!

Die Baender fallen relativ kurz aus. Alle Farben makieren unterschiedliche Gewichtsklassen, jedoch empfinde ich diese als viel zu nah bei einander, und stimmen nicht unbedingt mit den Angaben auf dem Beilageblatt ueberein. Die mitgelieferten Zubehoerteile sind nicht schlecht. Im grossen und ganzen, sind sie ganz OK, es gibt aber sicherlich bessere. Das Preisleistungsverhaeltniss geht so. Ich habe besseres erwartet.
