I have been using this product for about 5 years. Its Vegan based and i like that it has a lot what i need to take for nutrition without the extra sugar. I feel like i have more energy after i take these.

We’ve purchased these vitamins numerous times. It’s hard to know the quality of the vitamins you’re getting but my husband swears he doesn’t feel as well when we run out. This brand is considered high quality, easily absorbed and generally GMO free. It’s a reputable brand. They can be less potent than premium brands but are better than average compared to other drugstore brands. Rainbow Light states they test finished goods in-house and via third-party labs to ensure quality, although they are not specifically USP-verified. However, there was a lawsuit at one time because of heavy metal content. They are now required to test their prenatal vitamins every six months and must reduce lead levels to below California's stricter Proposition 65 standards (0.2 micrograms/day. This doesn’t guarantee they have no heavy metal in them. If you decide to go with another brand look for third party testing as they are genially safer. I’m happy for the lawsuit because it means they have to keep a close eye on that now which makes me feel a bit safer. The benefits for us outweigh the risks and we are still happy with this brand.
