I started out with this company's offering of magnetic rings (same design as these) in four different finishes. My favorite is the silver so I decided to buy the pair found here. The rings are easy to put on and take off, they are adjustable with a little bit of muscle power, and I would testify under oath that they do reduce my arthritic pain. I told my doctor that today and he kinda rolled his eyes. He said "Why don't we just set you up for a total-body MRI?" -- kidding, of course. I told him he can laugh, but I did have less pain after I had an MRI years ago. I also told him it doesn't matter to me whether it's all in my head that magnets reduce my pain or I'm just experiencing the placebo effect (mental). All that matters to me is that the pain is reduced. I've used tiny (but powerful) magnets for decades, taping them on trigger spots and they DO work. But these rings are much prettier than wearing tape. My suggestion is that you try them to see if they work for you, too.
