Very Tasty! When you have no time and you gotta keep breastfeeding!
This is a very good, fast meal! You just microwave and you're done. I do 2 minutes for extra cook time and like it hot! Unless, I guess it varies from microwave to microwave. I have no time to cook when I have 2 kids awake. Usually I cook once a week or every few days...as far as breastfeeding..I can't. Very filling!

Good flavor, small amount
An easy meal that I make on the stove. Just add rice. Portion could be bigger to serve 2.

Tasty bite veggies served with rice
I like to make these Tasty Bite pouches a full meal by serving them with rice, often saffron rice I make in my rice cooker. And the veggies can be kicked up a notch by frying a little spice in oil before adding the pouch. I use ghee or coconut oil with a pinch of black mustard seed and cumin, a broken small dry red Chile d' Arbol, and some curry leaves if I have them (you can find them on eBay). And I sprinkle chopped onion on top of the serving. It's fast and it's close to what you would get in a chaat restaurant.

Just ok
it’s not bad but there’s a strange flavor that usually isn’t in channa
