Q: Where can i purchase original filters like the ones that come with the vacuum? the compatible ones from eureka on amazon are very flimsy

I called the customer service number on the back of the owners manual. I was told they weren’t making the N0101 filter or N0102 pre-motor filter but he did txt me a link so i could order ones that would fit. I didn’t order them because there wasn’t a picture with the part so I could see what they looked like and also because the parts plus shipping was 29.95. If you want to call that number you will get a live person and you can order them.

Q: Can I buy an Extra battery so I can swap out for extra cleaning time?

I'm also looking at replacing the battery. Only had it a yr and can't even do 1 room without it dying!!
