Both me and my wife have a teaspoon in a drink every morning. I feel like I have more energy throughout the day and it was one of the more lower priced ones on in the list. I mix mine with a 33 ounce bottled water I reuse, and add a propel, or gator aid packet to it. The flavor takes a few to get used to - but it is what it is. It tastes like.... beats!

This product is a great addition to my post workout protein shakes. Provides essential nutrients needed for my heart being a middle aged female.

This beet root powder is working well and I put it in a glass of kefir or in my greek yogurt several times a week. I keep in my fridge and it doesn't take up much space. Glad I ordered it!

This product works well, buttttt....the taste is so earthy. I am happy with my results so far. The cost is worth the product. It's a lot in that bag. I take it for inflammation and in the meantime it has calmed my hyper hormones.
