If there were 10 stars that's what you'd see on this review. We have very high windows on the back of our home and because we leave some minimal light on at night, we are in constant need of taking down spider webs (live in the South). I have had professional power washers and window cleaners do the job, but over the years have just been unwilling to "pay the price" for those services. So, in comes Hicavar. This is an amazingly well made product that has really made my life easier. The first time I used it to get all those windows free of webs, followed by (with this same product) washed and squeegeed clean, I could not have been happier. I walked around with a smile on my face for days. Another aspect of this product is the quality and sturdiness that allows you to do whatever cleaning job you can think up. I was truly amazed. If you change a position for the extension you can count on the fact that it will stay in that position as long as you need for it to. If you use the full extension you can count on it being sturdy and well built enough to get the job done. Yep, I am a fan. I am pleased with the purchase, and it belongs on my "my favorite things" shelf in my garage. I highly recommend.

Good equipment! I do like how long the handle goes, and it’s a sturdy handle. It does pick up the dust easily. Easy to put together. My one complaint is the bendability of the flat duster. It bends too easily, so when getting the wall, it doesn’t keep the shape you need.

If you have 16 foot ceilings with fans, this is what you need. It is not cheap plastic like some but mostly sturdy metal. When I ordered it, I didn’t realize that it also came with a squeegee and sponge combination tool. That works better than anything we have tried on our lakefront patio doors that take a beating from the weather.

Love this tool, works very well on high cob webs and we used it to wash the windows. Good quality

This is long enough for me to stand on the top stair in my home and reach the cobwebs in the far corners. Lots more uses with vaiou attachments

Wow! I didn't expect such a quality sturdy product. I really thought it would be a one time flimsy thing. I have 20' cathedral ceilings that were terribly cobwebby! Within 30 minutes of my box delivery my highest cobwebs are gone!!! I'm beyond excited!!
