I wanted this as a back up mode of transportation. It is very sturdy and weighs around 65 lbs. the folding mechanism is very simple to use but also has a safety catch so it won’t inadvertently open. The battery holds a charge well and the bike is very zippy in the electric mode. I have recommended this to several friends.

Let me start by saying that this is day 4 with the bike. It has given me great difficulty in A) assembly and B) usage. The manual, the operation instructions and everything else weren't very unhelpful. I had to get a friend over to help me. The tools provided were highly inadequate. The initial ride was great zipped around the block a couple of times. However, trying to ride to and from work has been a nightmare because of the inadequate tools I was not able to properly set my seat which kept tilting on longer rides (the boys were abused heavily.) BETTER INSTRUCTIONS AND TOOLS PLEASE AND THANK YOU. Today, I'm hoping, I'll make it to work and back without the repeat of the last few rides now that I feel everything has been properly adjusted and set. Final decision 4/18/24: the eBike and I have finally bonded. Having completed 7 round trips out, confidently hit several bumps in the road, not had my seat or handlebars flip on me and getting full tire pressure, I'm keeping this fantastic bike. 8 minutes to work over the steepest over pass I've ever walked and that walk is 20 to 25 minutes. It's official we're a match. The 4 star rating is for the lack of instructions for setting the eBike up properly and the crap tools they pack with it otherwise it would be 5 but hey no body is perfect.

Arrived intact. No missing/damaged parts. Straight forward assembly. Works as advertised. I have to admit that I was apprehensive about ordering an electric bike online, but the price was right so I took a chance, and my fears have been allayed. Great value for the money! Would buy again!

I got this e-bike because we bought my wife one a few years back and she convinced me to get one. It was super easy to assemble (under 10 minutes). Once you start to pedal, you feel the bike start to take off. You can use it with or without the battery. Go pretty fast!

This bike seems to be amazing! Everything looks well made and it does have some speed to it. Not able to ride it quite yet as waiting to see if I can get a replacement front tire due to shipping had bent mine. That's the reason for the 4 stars. Will update accordingly with final results from customer service. Folding it is a bit tricky but was simple enough to figure out. Overall I have to say that other than the tire I am very pleased with this purchase.

The bike has full suspension, meaning it has front fork support and rear shock absorbers. With that suspension, it ride well for uneven roads not sure about trails but if you got bumpy roads this bike rides smooth on them. If you wanna an even better ride it is pretty easy to upgrade them. I’m 6 foot 2 inches and 220 pounds this bike is the perfect size. The motor is very powerful on level 2 speed it takes off, so be careful even with pedal assist feels like full power so this thing take you up hills very quickly. Even with my weigh it takes off on level 2. This bike also has regenerative braking which increases it ranges of the battery when braking, it says 22-25 miles I got 30+ miles with level 4 full electric mode. If you want to add frame mounted accessories there are pre drilled and threaded holes on the frame. The frame is not aluminum if is steel but feels like the same weigh as an aluminum bike. Has adjustable handlebars, seat and brakes. Overall great bike for the price.

I have really enjoyed my bike for the past 18 months but unfortunately the battery no longer will hold a charge. I have contacted VIVI support and received the following response: "Dear Customer, We are sorry to tell you that the battery is currently out of stock. Due to various unconfirmed and uncontrollable factors, we cannot provide you with an accurate restocking time." Now I have an eBike that is no longer useful as it weighs a ton and very difficult to ride long distances without the electric motor assist.

I like everything about this bike except the seat was replaced. I weigh 273 pounds with 500 battery. Probably should go with 750 but the 500 works for me. I would recommend this bike to anyone. Customer service was great with replacing a part that was needed.
