I'm allergic to anchovy and don't eat fish, so I was so happy to find an algae-based Omega-3 supplement with such a high amount of DHA. I don't like swallowing pills, but these are relatively easier to take because they are more narrow and don't get stuck on my tongue. They also don't have a bad, fishy aftertaste or upset my stomach.

A good product to use

Best price per milligram I’ve found for vegan DHA. The smell and flavor is citrusy which I really like each morning. A study has shown taking 3 grams of DHA daily helps with heart attack recovery, increasing good HDL cholesterol, and lowering triglyceride levels, so that’s my goal. Also it’s an excellent nootropic. My recent blood lipid test shows my cholesterol level dropped by 50% percent from 200 to 100 since October. Granted I take a statin as well, but I think the DHA is adding a bit of a kick in helping to lower all the numbers.

This Omega 3 supplement arrived well packaged and in good condition. Upon opening the bottle, there is the presence of a very strong fragrance which is pleasant, but concerning as the source is not specifically identified in the ingredients. We would appreciate a more complete and detailed disclosure of all ingredients.

I don't have a way of confirming if it's doin' its job or not. Same w/any supplements. AND! These smell alot mo pleasant than the Fishy supplements & possible mercury.

The gel caps are not huge like some supplements so easy to swallow...the smell-a light lemon odor-is delightful!

Sustainable source. Nice light almost lemony taste.
