The Journal You'd Love
I love accountability journal's. I like that I can clock my moods and it ask different questions each day, so I'm not being asked the same question on every page for me to reflect on. It's a great tool for me to use when discussing my thoughts with my therapist.

Very fun and motivating
I personally don't normally journal. However, this book has helped. I really like the journal entries, it helps gain insight on personal goals and really just overall is a good tool for exploring your Self. I like a lot, I don't care to much for the day/night, bc I don't always write it in twice a day, but this isn't a problem for me, I'll just use one side for extra writing space.
