Really easy to make seitan with this, just add your herbs and spices to the flour, add water, it comes together really well, shape and steam. Couldn't be easier.

Good for wholemeal loaves
As I expected this brought an extra rise to my wholemeal loaves in me bread maker such that they ballooned up to white loaf proportions if used to replace 10% of the wholemeal flour.

Makes bread dough extra stretchy
Add to strong flour to give that extra lift to your bread. Much supermarket flour is low in protein which is the stuff that makes dough stretchy, this gluten solves that at low levels of inclusion, maybe 5 or 10%.
