I have done extensive research before buy this FANTASTIC and VERY well built controller with features that put most other controllers to shame. I am blown away by the quality f the materials used and the fact that they have technology that every other controller should take heed, you can record a sequence that can be upto 10 mins making playing complex games much easier and if you suffer this hand pain as I do this is a godsend. and best of all I am confident that this controller will last for many years.

Excellent, easy to use, annoyingly needs a pc to update firmware, can only do one of them with an android.

Poor quality control and a known design fault still exists. I have returned and bought a gamesir device instead. The issue with these controllers is the "mechanical" switches on the a b x and y buttons. They are known to stick. Mine had the y buttons starting to stick after an hour's use. Not enough to continuously activate but enough for the controller to feel completely wrong with the button not returning to it's normal height. Fixing these requires taking the controller apart completely. Not something I am prepared to do with a brand new device. Most of the kk3 controllers have ditched the mechanical switch option as they know the faults with these ones.

I use the controller on pc and my switch. No stick drift as expected. Does require hardware updates to prevent stick drift which I don't mind but can be a pain as it's in Chinese. Apart from that comftable and robust quality. Best controller I've used yet.

I really valued the product till 2 of the buttons became stuck (Y & A). Because it happened so soon after purchase, I decided to return it. After some research, this is a common issue and there are some fixes, however it doesn't excuse it happening in the first place. After now returning it to Amazon, I've decided I'm going to try the KK3 model which, from my research, doesn't seem to suffer from the same issues. To note, if the KK3 wasn't available, I was going to try out another KK2 (being this product). More onto the product itself. This is the first time I've ever bought a 3rd party controller in my life, since the 360, I've been a PC player and have used the same official wired 360 controller for probably around a decade. Unfortunately, the analogue sticks have finally worn down a bit and were beginning to get sticky (likely due to recently playing fighting games a lot more recently, which are intensive). Thus, finding a durable wired controller of similiar build and design was key. This controller definitely accomplishes that, and did feel far better on all levels. There is one set back, that ofc the button orientation is that of nintendo/switch. You have three options if this is a deal breaker, one, you can swap them around yourself HOWEVER the factory set buttons were not designed for this, so you will notice that some are slightly different shapes and sizes to match the controller's shape, thus, this isn't recommended but does certainly still function. Two, you can purchase xbox configuration buttons specifically (though these are not included in this particular purchase, whereas the KK3 does actually seem to come with that option (KK3 also seeming to come with a bluetooth dongle which is ofc needed for PC wireless)). Three, you could always reallocate/bind the keys per game basis, which is a bit annoying to do, but also wouldn't necessarily work with games like Tekken that teach you inputs based on position; for that scenario however, if you've been gaming for a while, you probably aren't necessarily looking at the controller often so isn't a big deal to do any of the above (and just ignore whats on the buttons). This leads onto my final good point, that the whole controller does seem to be designed well, in that everything is easily fixable and replaceable, thus designed with longevity in mind; which is hard to come by in modern tech consumer products nowadays. For wired play, it utilises a USB C to USB which is of good universal design, and functioned immediately after plugging in (and holding the controller button to Windows mode) without need for third party software (though Gulikit does provide this option for download if needed!). Overall I do highly recommend the product, though I have to honest in that it was a massive shame that the button sticking is a common issue for brand new purchases. Seems like a quality control issue, thus that it probably doesn't affect all of them. And ultimately, I did like it enough to order the KK3 as a replacement which speaks to my approval.

I don't know if it was a faulty unit or if it's just a bad controller, but after one day it started disconnecting from my Switch, the buttons kept getting stuck, and I had a drift! Which is why I bought this remote to begin with... I read so many good reviews on this remote so it was very disappointing. I sent it back and I will try another brand with hall effect triggers and joysticks. Having said all that, it feels good in the hands and feels high quality, same as Nintendo Switch Pro remote. As mentioned, it might be just one faulty unit but I didn't want to take a chance and I will order one from a different brand instead.

For quite a while I have been looking for a durable stable controller for my switch mainly because most of my other’s controllers end up have a drift issues because I most play fps games and I have to say I am impressed how durable this controller is and not only that I can use it to play on my PC. I highly recommend this controller if you tend to switch from different platforms and my favourite part is that it comes with a case that it can be kept clean

Creo que el producto la verdad es bastante bueno, pero sigue siendo muy caro para lo que es. Otra cosa que no me ha gustado es la funda protectora que dan con el mando, de muy mala calidad, se están por separar las dos partes desde el primer día que llego

Il controller ha parecchi punti di forza quali la qualità della costruzione e materiali, maneggevolezza, grip, il no drifting con gli stick magnetici, una veloce connettività tra le varie piattaforme, una moltitudine diopzioni per personalizzare il controller. I punti negativi, anche non troppo, sono una poca durata della batteria e soprattutto, su switch, mi capita che fa fatica a prendere una rapida combinazione di input e si inchiodi solo sul primo comando. Tutto sommato molto meglio di altri controller di terze parti

Very good quality of Materials used and I really like the feel of the joysticks but the B button stays pressed when I press it once. Very anoying and I sent it back.
