Riedel The O Wine Tumbler Cabernet/Merlot

These wine glasses are great...Hardly ever break.

Nice that these are disherwasher safe but they are fragile. Hand washing is not an option for me because of my large hands and they don't always end up without spots. Hand drying is the option but that's when you're apt to break them. I routinely break one of these at a large family gathering. I keep an inventory of at least 4-6 of these stemless as well as 4-6 of the stemmed Riedel glasses, but the stemmed Riedel glasses seem to "survive" the dishwasher less than the stemless ones. For everyday I use the stemless ones. NOTE: Packing of Riedel glasses inside of the shipping box was NON EXISITENT....I was surprised the glasses were not broken.

Love these wine glasses and the feel in your hand as you sip the wine. Just know going in that they are very thin, and what comes with that is the risk of breakage. It will happen. But, worth it IMO. At this price point, just replace ‘em!

These particular glasses are perfect for red wine, you can swirl your wine around the glass before you drink without spilling. They are stemless.

Very nice glasses but a little big for a small hand. The glass is very thin but they go through the dishwasher without mishap. These glasses would make a nice gift.

Lovely holding feel. Very light glasses and despite that, durability is excellent. Have always had the stem ones. I am ready to switch to tumblers!

These are very pleasing-to-use stemless wine glasses. I'm basically done with stemmed glasses that you constantly have to watch, lest they tip over for one crazy reason or another (or maybe no reason at all!). Generous size. Some might complain that they are not specific to a particular variety of wine, but I'm too old to worry about picking such nits. Price has shot up about 60% since I purchased them. Sad.

Tolle Gläser, ich trinke zwar nur Wasser daraus, kann das aber ausdrücklich empfehlen.

Really enjoying using these. When you hold the tumbler, it is the same feel as holding a high quality wine glass. But I guess they look more modern. I bought them because I am a bit clumsy and hoped I would break less glasses. None broken so far.
