It is a game changer :-)
I love my new Whill C2 chair. I used a three wheel scooter for many years, but after seen the Whill in an ability expo and tried it and decided to get a Whill like 6 months ago. Maneuverability is great. You can turn around 360 in a very tight spaces. It drives good in grass, gravel, and stoned streets, and since it has a back wheels suspension, it has a very smooth ride. I have even taken it into hard sand at the beach. It is a little trick to make turns in the grass, gravel and sand but it works. I also love that I can drive it with my cell phone (iPhone), so if I transfer to a chair or a bed, I can drive it away and bring it back. Also the battery level reading is very accurate. With full charge it give you about 11 miles. I have had no problems running out of battery. I did a USA Cross-County trip and brought Whill with me. Like I said it was great in all terrains and visiting all he tourist sites. I really recommend the WHILL C2 Power Chair :-D :-D :-D

Stylish and Classy Power Chair
Whill C2 (Blue, 18 inch seat) I waited so long to buy this! Walking just about any distance is difficult and there have been so many excurions, events, etc. that I had to miss because I can't walk far. I wanted a wheelchair that didn't really look like one so I researched chairs comparing reviews, pricing, pros, and cons. Some reviewers don't like the basket placement but I love it because it prevents items from being stolen. I bought the Whill side bag which is overpriced but I am a stickler to matching when nobody cares but me! :) I wanted to give it 5 stars but in all honesty I couldn't even though I really like it and would buy it again. I don't recommend it for someone who has serious physical disabilities- -to me it is mainly for those of us who have limited mobility but can still walk short distances. I found this one to be preferable to the foldable Model F Pros: Attractive and classy Comfortable And it's also easy to configure the chair without paying for expensive white glove service. Me and my niece assembled it in less than 15 minutes. Yes it is that easy I wanted the back of the seat and armrests higher- -following YouTube videos it was super easy to do it ourselves I checked with several airlines and it is transportable It literally spins in place on a dime The arms lift up so you can easily get in or out of it Cons: The chair is somewhat heavy especailly the part that houses the motor which is expected and I find it difficult to lift by myself which I was hoping I would be able to do it on my own Overall ride could be a little smoother especailly with the big wheels but having used it on different types of pavements the ride is definately dependent on the material type The reason for the 4 star rating is because while riding in my neighborhood and before I was 100% comfortable I accidently ended up with side wheels between the sidewalk and the lawn It was really hard to get out of the rut and I had to get out of the chair move it back to the sidewalk with help of course then I was on my way again I would like to have an option to add a feature that would allow you to listen to music while driving I will check and find a device that will work Accessories for the Whill are hard to find

Grateful for The Support
After some confusion with who to call, Scootaround, Whill, and their IG team reached out and helped me out so much. Really got me out of a bind. I’m grateful to Ricardo and Michael- thank you. Sorry about my frustration and confusion.

Having second thoughts after using the product for a week.
Great design but cheap parts, and poor QC on the metric screws for the front wheels. The cheap plastic on the sides won't stay clipped in place after a week. Cool design and neat app interface (when it works).

I love this chair
Comes apart easily for transport. It has a wider turning radius because the wheels aren't like regular free turning wheels. Grip on ground and grass is great. This chair is fast.

Love My Whill C2
I can’t say enough about the Whill C2. I am still ambulatory as my muscle disorder slowly progresses, and this gave me the opportunity to rent and “test” several chairs over the past several years before making a purchase. These included the Whill Ci, Whill C2, Journey Zoomer, and SuperHandy GoRide. I’ve rented each of these chairs at least once for trips where I know there will be a lot of walking/sightseeing. This includes but is not limited to Disney World, Universal Studios, Boston MA, and Charleston, SC. So I’ve given all of these chairs a thorough test (have you seen the sidewalks and streets in Boston and Charleston?!?!?!?). There was a clear winner. I purchased the Whill C2 from my local Whill dealer and I couldn’t be happier. The Whill C2 is comfortable, easily traverses very uneven terrain, and IT LOOKS COOL. When I’m in line at Disney and Universal, kids love to watch the Omni wheels, and I get lots of questions about the chair from adults. I can even give someone my phone and have them secretly control the chair remotely while I wave my hands around - so that it looks like I can control the chair with magic like Harry Potter or Mickey Mouse. Instead of being stared at for being in a chair, the kids eyes light up in amazement that my chair does what it does. I get to show it off, so the chair has become a really neat accessory instead of utilitarian equipment for me. I couldn’t be happier with my Whill C2.

An Improvement Over the Model M
I purchased a Model M when it first came out, and it was a grand chair, particularly compared with the dominant Jazzy-type chairs. The C2 retains a lot of those features. The omnidirectional wheels are smaller but still make rough terrain accessible. I love the idea of a basket, but it's too far back under the seat for me to access it. I store the chair's manuals, tools, etc. there. I traded out the seat for the one from my Model M as well, because it is an air cushion and more comfortable for me. I love that they put the power and speed controls together on one side - no more bending over and accidentally propelling the chair! And I love the app which allows me to move the chair if it's in the way or I need to leave it outside the exam room at the dentist. No more trying to teach the assistants how to move the chair! And I love the color side panels - they don't seem to scrape as easily as the old "banjos" did, and I can have a color I love. The battery seems to last about 3.5 days for me - not bad at all. The plug at the back of the chair is a bit awkward because I have to stand and walk before and after plugging in, a bit awkward for me as I tend to fall. The chair's speed is good, and it is very responsive. All in all, I love mine!
