Amazing Product. Within 10-1 mins you can feel the heaviness and wanting to get into bed. Too good Product. Just Perfect to set your biological clock if disturbed. But set it at a perfect time. Keep an alarm and have it. That will ensure setting a perfect bio-clock for your body.

Quality product.
I am generally a skeptic when it comes to these sleep enhancers!!! I must say on the first go this product is certainly good ( I got 4 hours sleep instead of nothing). The product is certainly genuine and let me wait for at least a week and see if this does sustain/ enhance my sleep. A bit on the pricey side for Indian markets, but what the heck your sleep is more important.

Fantastic product nice sleep in 30 mins after taking it. Better not to be on the phone but read a book or listen to music. And when you feel a bit sleepy it best to shut the lights 😴
