Nokia has always been a reliable phone with long life expectancy. This one works as expected and is easily compared with the high ends of Apple and Samsung but for a much better price. The interface with Android works seemingless, it feels a little heavy in the hand, but personally I like that, you got a feeling of having a robust product in your hand and not just a plastic toy. Long battery life and a lot of recycled materials have been used in the construction of this phone, which is a much better effort for the environment than the garbage sold by other brands that do nothing for nature.

I really like the phone. Nothing wrong with Nokia here. The problem is the seller themselves. When I first got my phone, I had some cellular issue. Whenever I was making a call, the caller could not hear me but I could hear them. Upon coming across this issue, I went ahead and contacted Nokia Support to apply troubleshooting steps. When nothing worked out for me, I decided to refund this product and then placed another order for a newer one. Shortly after the seller e-mailed me stating that the problem lies with the sim card and the carrier and nothing wrong with the phone and that they will not take a new order/s, from already supplied brand new unit return requesting customer. And I was also told that I should seek for another merchant and not place any future orders with them. The seller could have reached out to me, as a customer, in a better way. The seller may not be wrong but always remember the customer is always right. And I read another customer's review that they were charged $70 for restocking fee. Since this is a 3rd party seller on Amazon, be careful shopping with them. P.s: I solved my issue and I cancelled my refund. This is a great phone. The 1 star rating is for the seller.
