Manimo Lizard Weighted Animal, 2kg, Blue

I'm 42 and suffer from anxiety, depression, and ptsd. I saw this guy and knew he was just what I needed. I saw reviews about rips but mines perfect. Very silky and a joy to cuddle or have in my lap. He reminds me of the sand critters from the 90s. I love him he has the cutest embroidered eyes. The weight is so therapeutic even picking him up is therapeutic. I love he came with a birth certificate I named mine Alex hes my new cuddle companion. I highly recommend if you suffer mental disorders at any age.

We bought this for our daughter for homework time or when she needs to 'calm down'. It's weighted so it feels very comforting when you pick it up. She also brings it to bed when she's having a hard time to fall asleep. The material is eye catching and it feels silky. At my cousins school where she teaches some of these weighed animals are available for kids who have a hard time focusing or sitting still. The kids wear them on their shoulders and they're used often. A neat product!

Purchased this for my son who has Autism & he adores it. It's now his new favorite toy to carry around. He loves to put it on his chest or on his shoulders the most so far. Great for relaxing him!! Good weight & decent sized, too! It also comes with a little "birth certificate" where you can put whatever name your child wants to call it, where it was born & whom it belongs to with an option to glue a little wallet sized picture beside it -- super cute idea!! Very please with my purchase. May order another!

My son loves it! Has been playing with it non stop since he opened it. However, it has two holes within six hours. I knew it would be an issue as soon as we opened it. The beads are free inside the toy. So there is no even distribution, plus you can tell the seams aren’t especially reinforced. I was definitely hoping it would last a little longer. Especially because of the price. I patched both holes at the seams. He still so happy to have it. But for $50 and for its purpose I would think it would be stronger.

Loved th first 2 days. My sons birthday was 2 days ago. This morning January 7th the lizard thathe is Very attached to Already has a whole in the stitching! Seriously?! For something so expensive I thought it would be better quality. I'm so very disappointed & now need to think about either sending it back & try something new? Or stitch it because he loves it so much.Our girls got weighted animals for Christmas & they are more than holding up! & they are a completely different brand. Might try that.I gave this one a try because of the weight, high reviews, & how it looked more for boys. I gave it 2 stars instead of one because of the cool skin, & how well the beads were distributed. But material definitely needs to be stronger obviously.

This little guy is heavy and perfect! it is so huggable and easy to manipulate. The fabric is cool to the touch too!

The lizard is cute and the weight is nice. But within the first few days the seams started coming apart and beads started coming out. I mended it but then a seam in a different place started coming loose. My child hasn’t used it much due to the fragility of the seams.
