I like how the coverage is buildable and looks natural on the skin. I have noticed that it does not look so good under my eyes after about an hour. It clings to my dry spot and emphasizes my under eye bags. Though it is effective in covering all my acne spots. Overall, it is a solid concealer and I like how the ingredients are clean.

A little goes a long way. I have extreme dark circles from genetics, a combo of thin skin and deep set eyes. Then add on lack of sleep and whatever else. They’re bad. I’ve tried every concealer imaginable. It’s so hard to find something that doesn’t crease but also provides enough coverage. There’s something about this concealer, like it’s got a bit of a shine to it, and that really makes a difference in how the coverage appears. I use SO much less concealer under my eyes than I used to because of it. If I’m just running errands or something, it lasts fine without setting. But for anything longer, I have to set because it does get into the creases. But it sets normally with powder. As for covering blemishes, I don’t think it’s the best for that. And fwiw, I have very sensitive skin and bad allergies, but this concealer does not cause any irritation.

I’ve been in the market for a clean, more non-toxic concealer with little luck with high-end ones. Though this one isn’t cheap, compared to other non-toxic makeup, it’s reasonably priced. I know Honest beauty has been working its way to being mainly EWG verified, which is wonderful and was definitely an appeal for me. All that being said, I really love this concealer. I find myself reaching for it every day. It melts into the skin so beautifully and looks just like real skin. It creases a bit, but powder fixes that. No scent at all to it. Don’t expect a lot of coverage, though. It’s light to medium at best. That’s okay for me, but be aware this won’t really cover a major blemish. All in all, I think this is a great concealer with great ingredients and I highly recommend it.

The best concealer! My face is very sensitive to make up and this one did not bother it at all!!

Ladies, the "honest" truth is that color pigmentation costs money. Like a lot of other brands, diluting the color pigment with OIL and calling it "moisturizing" saves companies money which, in theory, saves consumers money. The benefit with Honest product is that their ingredients use less synthetic chemicals which are less damaging for the human body which is obviously important. However, as a product, it still gets judged on its "effectiveness" and this product is just "average" compared pharmacy-makeup brands. First, the design: the cap leaks unless you tighten the cap very hard and I don't trust the packaging enough to travel with in my purse (and definitely not my luggage), so it's utility is limited to my bathroom. This is my third bottle of the product and they've all leaked and wasted product, wasted my money. Second, as I mentioned, it is very oily. Even if I had very dry skin, I would not want to rely on the oil developed by a makeup company to moisturize my skin - I would moisturize before applying makeup and be able to choose which type of moisturizer I needed for that day. Also, the product is so oily that immediately after applying I would have to blot my entire face with tissues, which wastes (costs me) more make-up product. Why not just make a better container, have less product and more pigment? Or why not create an addition line of "high-end" Honest products instead of trying to compete with pharmacy-story makeup? Would rather pay even more for a product that addresses those issues - while still maintaining safe/natural ingredients - now trying out Pure 100% concealer which seems like it might be a better fit for me (yes, that one is even more expensive than Honest's but worth the time savings that I used to spend trying to get Honest's makeup to look good on me).
