I bought something similar to this from Sharper Image last year - wouldn't even come on! But took a chance on this because my neck aches so much all the time. When it arrived it was even charged and working! It was wonderful because I needed it right then. Since then I've figured out the app and found the settings that work for me. This has been a lifesaver for me and my neck, shoulders, and headaches. If you cannot afford a daily massage and your neck is usually your pain culprit, this may be your answer. It is very lightweight and I've found ways to move it closer to my neck/shoulder area when that hurts. Best Purchase ever!

Just a mild vibration and does not do anything much. Since it is not hugging neck well, you won't get much massaging action but mild vibration only. Waste of money.

I have one and have given several away as gifts. I gave one to the guy in my car dealership service center and told him that when I come in and I'm a pain in his neck now he can use this for it. It works great, nice that you can adjust the different levels to your liking. The heating selection is really nice.

This device works ok.The ring around the start button is loose and depending on setting very noisy. Amazon has offered a refund, waiting on response from SKG. Sent 3 emails to SKG no response as of yet. I tried my sisters device much quieter than mine. I would prefer an exchange. With lack of customer service from SKG I feel like returning to Amazon for refund. As a business owner this is not the way to help a customer. Buyer Beware !! Caveat Emptor !! Since I got very little satisfaction from SKG Amazon stepped up to the plate as usual. Amazon exchanged my device with a new one.Only took 3 days and no hassles.The replacement device works great Amazon always steps up to the plate weather a new purchase of past purchase.That’s why I buy from Amazon,it’s called customer service Thanx Unkljimmy

This is a really nice device and it seems to already be helping with my chronic neck pain. It is comfortable to wear, pretty quiet, and there are numerous options for intensity, heat, light etc. I’m very happy with my purchase. Wish list: I wish it had Bluetooth and app. Or a remote. It is hard to change the settings on it during use without taking it off. Maybe it will be easier over time. It would also be nice to have a way to know exact battery life.

This product is too expensive for what you get. The unit is hard to use as you cannot see the controls to adjust settings while it is in use. I do better with a sock filled with rice and put in the microwave to heat up.

I decided to upgrade from my red light therapy neck brace to this unit when it was on sale. I have had 3 neck surgeries and now have a larger Dowager’s hump and am in. Instant pain with burning. The nerve pain also radiates down my arms. After using this massager with red light therapy, my neck feels a lot better. Not saying it gets rid of my issue, but the red light with massage and heat is very enjoyable. I also wanna say that it does decrease the pain radiating down my arms. You can control this unit with your phone and play around with intensity on every level.

Whilst it is expensive this is a high quality product and it massages for a long time. I am very pleased with this purchase

Doesnt help with neck stiffness, not very comfortable anyway. Not worth the money
