I love it! Easy to set up, high resolution on the screen. It’s lovely to watch my pictures there! It looks sturdy, this is my second one, I have had the 10 inches picture frame for about 2 yrs now, I wanted another one since I took the smaller one the office to personalized my working space. To load the pictures it’s a breeze, it can be loaded instantly form anywhere, which would make it a perfect gift for grandparents I think.

Great Frame. Images show up really crisp and clear- they do not get distorted, even when adjusting them to switch between a portrait and a landscape layout. The app is very easy to use, and I like that you are able to do bulk uploads. Another helpful feature of the app is that you can isolate between the various photo gallery albums on your phone to locate the specific pictures that you want to send to the frame, instead of it seeking out all pictures and bunching them together making you scroll through hundreds of pictures, like some others digital frame apps do. I like that you can invite other family members to share your frame so they can also send photos to you. I've had other brands that caused the pictures to look grainy or didn't show up clearly because they had a glare if the frame wasn't viewed from exactly the right angle, but this one is very clear and you can look at it from any point and it still looks great, nice and bright, even in a sunny room. It seems to stay connected to my wifi very well, it has momentarily dropped the signal, but it picked it right back up- and I think that was more of a problem with my network than it was with the frame. I really like the size, which may be large for some, but I think it's great to have the pictures so large that you can really enjoy their detail. Another neat feature is that before you send them, the app has you choose the most important portion of it so that in either aspect that area of the picture will still show, and you can adjust it. Also, after the picture has been sent and is being displayed, if you don't like how it shows up, you can touch on it and adjust it to change the zoom on it or how it fills the screen. It is very user friendly. The only feature that I wish it had was different effects as the pictures changed, like spinning, sliding in bouncing across, etc. just to give a little varying interest. This has no slideshow effect, the pictures just scroll to the next one, which is fine, but that's my only suggestion. I'm very happy with this. I've had two others of different brands over the years and am most pleased with this one.

Love the size and look. Had a glitch with the app, however when I contacted them, their response was super fast. Problem solved and loving every minute watching all of the photos of my grandchildren

I did so much research before buying this! Lots of details involved. Half of the gift was the time spent looking, haha. So, let me save you some time. Overall: - Good, really fun gift for tech-inept parents. My parents were wow-ed. They thought they were staring into the FUTURE. They LOVE getting my little "photo gifts" every day. - Be prepared to look at directions WITH THEM for set-up. Set-up isn't hard, but if your parents are the type who find types of words like "browser," "upload," "streaming," "pairing," "url," "open the pdf," etc confusing -- then you might want to schedule a sit down with them for set-up at Christmas. - Based on other reviews, the frame only works on 2.5 ghz wifi and not 5 ghz? I don't know. I had no problems... CONS - Picture quality is okkkkkkk. Let's start here. I didn't know what to expect, as I haven't really seen any photo frames before. I'm used to my gorgeous retina (computer fruit brand) pro screen and other fancy i-devices, and the digital frame does NOT hold a candle. Not even close. It's pixel-y, blue-y, and doesn't properly show warm colors. Forget about tiny details. If you are an artist trying to showcase your gorgeous photography, this is NOT the frame for you. I take a lot of "artsy" photos, and some just don't translate properly to this frame. ...However, for non-picky parents just wanting to see your beautiful face, or grandkids, it's totally fine. ...There are frames that are a TON more expensive, so, I'm guessing this for price-point, this is what you're gonna get. It's not bad. It's just not stellar. PROS - Easy set-up! Could even do without the manual. - Add pix with usb, micro-sd, or from phones (via app) once frame is connected to wifi - Friends & fam can send pix over the phone!!! Can even batch send!!!!! (Need one-time code, and need to download app) - App is pretty easy and straight forward. A few prefs you can set -- captions, time, date, temperature, audio - Can play short videos, too! OTHER INFO: - Plug, not battery. - Counter-top. Also wall-hang option (I think??? Power cord might make it not-flush on wall). Best sized for counter. - Rotates either direction -- landscape or portrait. Inevitably, you're gonna have photos cropped weirdly, but there's an option to set cropping prefs for EACH PICTURE, as you're uploading them. So friends and relatives don't get decapitated. - No regular-sized SD card slot. This isn't really a con. You can't have EVERYTHING on this small frame. I just thought I'd mention. I'm looking for an adapter, so parents can off-load camera pix. The area in the back of the frame where you put the adapters is recessed into the frame. So I'm going to have to find an adapter that fits awkwardly in that area. JERRY SPRINGER FINAL THOUGHTS - Would 100% buy again for relatives and parents. They love this. - If I was buying one for myself, I'd save up for a fancier digital frame with better image quality, and a larger screen -- to showcase photos as a piece of art on the wall. Or just get one of those schmancy picture tvs. ...Then again, I can't afford that and don't have the space. Also, I'm tech-snobby and spoiled. So, I'm happy just to buy this as a gift. :)
