Bought this to repair an old fire pit. It worked great. I knew it wasn't an exact fit when I purchased it. It took me about 5 minutes to figure out how to make it work. This is of much better quality than the original system. I highly recommend it.

Ok so when I purchased this I did read the reviews, most are great and some not so great mostly due to flame height. Of course the one I got had super weak flame, the slightest breeze would blow it out. At forst I thought it was the regulator, it wasn't. Then I started looking around closer and decided to drill the air mixer fitting a tad larger then the supplied fitting. That did the trick! If yours has a weak flame simply drill out the holes in the fittings just a tad larger then the holes that are in it. I can't even tell you what size bit to use because I tried several but it was only like one size larger then the holes that it has. Now I have 4-6" flames. Couldn't be happier! I'd definitely give it 5 stars if I didn't spend an hour checking and rechecking everything before drilling.

We bought this to convert our wood burning fire pit to gas. The forest rangers don’t allow wood fires where we camp. So we converted to gas. Works great!

I recently purchased this outdoor gas fire pit, and I’m thrilled with how it performs. Converting it from propane to natural gas was straightforward, and it adds so much warmth and ambiance to our outdoor space.

The media could not be loaded. I love the construction of it. Thick Stainless which makes it very durable. I had an aluminum picnic table with a center opening for a cooler/umbrella. I never used it for that purpose so I decided to make a fire pit out of it. Well worth it. Love all the attachments it came with. It was all plug and play. Highly recommend. I also suggest 25 pounds of glass not the 40 pounds. I found that the 40 pounds blocks the holes for the flames..

I received the order fine. I put the burner together following the minimal instructions. Connected it to my full propane tank and the regulator lets the proper amount of fuel for a second then the pressure goes down to barely make a flame. I looked for a support number on the Amazon page but couldn’t find it. I called Amazon and they did provide a number to call. The number has an answering machine. I left my name email and Amazon order number as requested and receive no response back. I have tried five times. It could be a simple fix but I believe the pressure regulator is the problem. Do no purchase from this company. It’s not worth the chance.
