This bamboo ladder is absolutely beautiful. The wood is a beautiful color and it had no imperfections. I was a little nervous about assembling this myself but it went together perfectly in no time. I used this in my bathroom with some white decorative towels and it added a spa like feeling to the room. I would highly recommend buying one. I am so impressed with the quality of this product.

Ordered and received ladder with no screws or tool. Received a replacement also with no screws or tool. Make it make sense.

Replacing my coat rack with this ladder rack is one of the best things I’ve ever done. It takes up less space, was easy to assemble, looks great and with the addition of some S-hooks and rubber dots for the bottom and wall contact areas I had in a drawer, provides the place for coats, hats, scarves and purses I have wanted for a ling time. The price was right on too! No regrets from this buyer.

The ladder is simple and elegant, with a nice smooth finish. I use it in the bathroom to dry towels; it takes up very little space. Unfortunately, the quality of the hardware is very poor. Two of the screws snapped, leaving the other part behind, not holding anything.

The ladder came completely disassembled. But with fortitude I put it together. The effort was worth it. The ladders are very pretty and I hope suit my needs.

Beautiful ladder, great quality!

The wood seems solid. Was excited to put this together until I tried screwing the rods into the frame. First one was tough but worked ok. Then both sides of a rod ended up with a stuck screw that I can't even force out with pliers, so now I'm stuck. Sent a support email, so now I will see how they respond. If they offer a solution, I'll be ok with it, fingers crossed...
