Although expensive but so worth it, every thing I wanted in a non stick frying pan. The quality is excellent and non stick, also easy to clean.

Yes, it's "just" a pan, but perfect in so many ways. The heft that makes for a perfect fit in your hand, the slope of the sides that allows you to easily slide an omelet right out of the pan and onto a plate, that it is the perfect diameter for a two to three-egg omelet. And those are just the secondaries. Great heat conductivity, looks good, easy to clean and durable. This is my first venture into Le Creuset's non-stick line, and I'm not disappointed.

Premetto che amo cucinare piatti anche impegnativi e mi serviva una padella effettivamente antiaderente nonostante le false qualità spesse volte sbandierate sui vari siti; devo dire che, dopo averla usata ripetute volte per fare soffritti, frittate, "saltare" verdure varie, risotti, pollo cotto nel latte ecc. e con le diverse intensità di fiamma, il prodotto è veramente eccellente, richiede utilizzo di poco olio (da diffondere per tutta la superficie con un pennello) e la cottura è sempre giusta e priva di bruciature o altro. Certamente il costo è elevato ma, come detto, la resa e l'esito delle varie cotture sono assolutamente perfette!

I fell in love with LeCreuset cast iron pots, so when I wanted to replace my stainless set, I looked into LeCreuset tri-ply. I cook every day, and I have been very very pleased with my tri-ply set. Comfortable handles, easy-pour edges, and of course, even heating from heavy-duty high-quality pots and pans. At the time we bought the new set, we also ordered a non-stick pan because we go through omelet pans every couple years. Most recently, we bought Calphalon non-stick. BUT, the new LeCreuset are far superior to any we've ever had, plus, a 10-year warranty on the non-stick coating is very generous. This surface is the smoothest I've every used. It feels oiled, even when spotlessly clean. After loving our small omelet pan, we bought this larger one for scrambled eggs, sauteed veggies, and grilled sandwiches. We use it almost daily. Although the material says dishwasher safe, I prefer to hand-wash it, and it cleans up with just a wipe with a sponge. We use one or both of our LeCreuset non-stick pans almost every day, and they are terrific pans. I recommend them without reservation.

Eine tolle Pfanne, die, wie bei Le Creuset nicht anders zu erwarten ist, sowohl optisch als auch vom Handling her einen sehr hochwertig verarbeiteten Eindruck macht. Die Pfanne nimmt die Wärme des Herdes direkt sehr gut an und gibt sie unmittelbar an die Lebensmittel weiter (Ceran). Aufgrund der guten und gleichmäßigen Wärmeverteilung gelingt es uns sehr gut, Gemüse bei mittlerer bis niedriger Temperatur in ihr zu dünsten. Zur Langlebigkeit werde ich später etwas sagen, da die Pfanne noch recht neu ist. Aber ich bin zuversichtlich, da wir einige Pfannen und Töpfe von Le Creuset bereits seit Jahren nutzen und bisher noch bei keinem Produkt Probleme mit vorzeitigem bzw. schnellem Verschleiß hatten.
