Q: Why can’t I turn off power switch.

There is no power switch. We just turn off all the amps first, then power to the whole amp rack. Reverse order when powering up.

Q: How good is this product?

Yes. I think this is a good product. I have it in a rack for my Karaoke and DJ shows. I have not had any issues with it.

Q: Using the unit in 3 way stereo, does it still provide subwoofer output?

Yes, you set the crossover points between low and mids, as well as between mids & highs. You then have a left and right output each for subs, mids & tweeters. We're using it exactly this way with our stereo 3-way mains and very helpful for setting overall system frequency response before optimizing with a stereo 31-band eq.
