Wonderful - What a SCORE. Super Tasty, Lots of it and Co$t effective. There is twice as much than I would have normally expected. It's usually a roll of the dice "window shopping" as you know. This IS the MOTHER LOAD for low dough. note: It's not the Mfg or Drivers fault but anything that is breakable will be broken due to poor packaging (these Bauducco cookies arrive in a hard plastic container which is fantastic, so no complaints). Cookies etc take a real beating. These packages and boxes are regularly tossed onto a porch. Especially when there are additional items to act as battering rams. Can be easily fixed by packing them BETTER - DUH

Love em!
Sweet and subtle flavor that’s addicting! I have a hard time putting these down because they’re so light and practically melt in your mouth. They’re fresh and crispy, and while the ones in the ends tend to be a wee bit crumbled, they’re never fully broken! The price is great for the amount that you get, and the pack is anal enough to toss in your purse on the go, but they aren’t convenient since you can’t reseal them. I like love how the package looks and I always enjoy sharing these with my famil… if they last that long, haha!

Very tasty
So yummmy!! I love the quality of these strawberry wafers because they've always tasted good to me no matter what brand. The wafer does break easily and has a lot of crumbs but it's really tasty and the amount of flavors they have is good because if you love strawberry or vanilla, whatever you like they have it !!

Italian Cookies a must have!
These were packaged well and shipped super quick! Cant wait to fill the kids stockings with them from la belfana on Jan 5th night! These are are tasty and made in Italy how can you go wrong! Great for adults and kids alike! A must have!

10.06.25 Bauducco Chocolate & Vanilla Wafer Cookies - Convenient Single Serve Wafer Cookies With 3 Layers of Cream - Delicious Sweet Snack on the go or Dessert 28.2oz (Pack of 20) - Partially Recommend. The wafers were very crisp & all were intact. Each pack contains several cookies. I liked the Vanilla wafer. My mother preferred the chocolate wafer. I experienced NO CHOCOLATE FLAVOR in the chocolate wafer at all. It was edible & sweet but no flavor. Can't recommend this cookie. It did fit my budget. Others have mentioned an oily mouth feel. I did not experience this. The container the wafers come in, is plastic & very strong. I don't think little kids could get into this easily. Heck, my mother couldn't open it by herself. It can be reused. I'm gonna try the Strawberry & the Hazelnut wafers next.

I'm SHOCKED No One Figured Out this Baking Hack Yet
Over 10,000 reviews, yet no one else has figured out this awesome baking hack that you can do with these tasty wafers. Everyone knows how tasty these are. But don't realize there's a secret use for them in your kitchen when baking. So I won't keep it a secret, I'll let you in on the baking hack: WAFER COOKIE PIE CRUST. Put a new spin on a custom crust for your next cheesecake, key lime pie, lemon meringue, or countless other treats that call for a traditional or graham-cracker style pie crust. INGREDIENTS: 1. 9 ounces of vanilla or chocolate wafer cookies* 2. 4-6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened or melted. *Bauducco sells a "family size" 9 ounce package, though you can also get two packs of the smaller sizes and just leave a few of the cookie wafers out. DIRECTIONS: 1. Add the cookie wafers and butter in a food processor or suitable blender until fully blended. If needed, use a silicone spatula or similar utensil to scrape the sides of the processor/blender once or twice during this step. 2. Take this blended mixture and place it on an eight to nine-inch pie plate. 3. Use your fingers to press the crumbs down into the pie plate so that you have a nice even layer all around. OPTIONAL STEP: 4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the pie plate with your-pressed in crust inside, and bake for ten minutes. Remove from oven, and let it cool completely before adding your filling (whether it's something you need to continue baking, or adding a filling is the final step). You don't have to do step #4. But doing that step will make for firmer, slightly harder crust that won't break apart too easily (a plus if you plan on adding a no-bake cheesecake filling). This works well with both the vanilla wafer cookies, and obviously works great with the chocolate ones. But for myself, I simply enjoy experimenting with different types of pies I can use this crust with. And then enjoy getting compliments when guests try a slice of pie or cheesecake, and are pleasantly surprised by the crust. They NEVER guess how you made it, and it's up to you if you want to share the little secret.
