The flavor of this dragon fruit punch pre-workout is not my favorite. Honestly, it doesn’t taste anywhere close to fruit punch. I have to chugI down. I know Amazon doesn't sell they're lemonade one, but I believe that one will taste much better. Their protein is actually very delicious.

If you like the taste of dragonfruit, I highly recommend this product. Excellent flavor! It will give you the tingles if you are looking for it. I use it right before I work to get me going.

First and foremost, if you’re not a fan of feeling the beta alanine then you definitely won’t like this product because one serving contains 5G of it! I can’t say that they’re lying about the profile because I definitely feel the BA but there’s also a good amount of caffeine too. So the reason for the 2 stars is because there’s something in there that everytime I’ve taken a serving, I’ve felt nauseous it doesn’t normally happen with other products but this one is consistently gives me that nauseous feeling. Also for the price, it’s a very basic profile that other products are cheaper and may often pack in other ingredients. The flavor isn’t… good - it’s not awful but I’ve definitely had better tasting products

I use pre-workout before a lot of workouts. I look for pre-workout products that have certain main ingredients. They are caffeine, beta-alanine, and creatine. A few other chemicals are nice to have in them, like betaine, but they aren't essential.This pre-workout doesn't have creatine, but does have beta-alanine, caffeine, and betaine. It also adds other great nutrients like citrulline and taurine, which I typically use in my post-workouts.This formula does the job, and will definitely make your workouts easier, and allow you to go harder. I have plenty of creatine powder around, so I just mix some in with this formula.It also tastes pretty good, and it is a plus that it is sweetened with stevia, making it better in that way than a lot of the competition.

I got this Earth Fed Muscle Stampede DragoFruit Punch Pre Workout, both as prep for a workout and as an alternative to energy drinks during busy mornings or to get through sleepy afternoon meetings (yawn). I like that I can use a partial dose if I want. This powder dissolves well. I mixed it both using a blender bottle and just a spoon to stir it. The blender bottle works faster, but a spoon also does the trick.[ Does it work? ]This powder definitely gives me the boost I'm looking for and provides great mental clarity. It works well for workouts and long meetings. I noticed better concentration and can make myself get up and go to the gym. I started to feel increased energy just over 30 minutes after drinking it, and the effect lasted over 4 hours. Taking 1/2 of a scoop was a nice boost. Taking a full scoop gave me the motivation to do all my reps. I didn't notice any jitters or anxiety, just a steady source of energy and an ability to concentrate. All the other goodness beyond the caffeine in the powder probably helps with this. It is an excellent, complete solution.[ How does it taste? ]To me, it tastes a little like habiscus flour. It has a mild flavor that is also very tangy. I really like it. There is no awful aftertaste. I like it best cold, but I've had plenty of it at room temperature, which isn't bad. I like it. It is far better than many others I have tried.I really like this product and find that it's a great value. I expect I'll be getting more of this in the future.

This Earth Fed pre-workout drink comes in a large container and is the custom with most mix formulas, it is about half full. (Not sure why they do that.) That said, it seems to right around the norm in price per serving. Pre-workout drinks that I've purchased in the past that provided half the servings cost relatively half as much.As for performance, I saw no strong effects from the product one way or the other. That's not a bad thing, since I'd rather the drink be a little on the subtle side. Enough to maintain my energy through the workout without feeling shaky or weird at any point. And that was my experience here. I got through my workout without any ill effects.That said, the flavor isn't a real winner with me. I'm not real sure what dragonfruit is supposed to taste like, but this taste more like coconut to me. Not one of my favorite flavors. But your results may vary. For me, though, this is a so-so experience.

I don't really care for the flavor of this Earth Fed Muscle stammpede dragofruit punch pre workout drink. The container does contain thirty servings and the powder mixes well and completely with water. It does give me some tingling when I drink it, I only mix it at half strength as the amount of caffeine per serving is a little too much for me at 250mg. My husband on the other hand does like this flavor but he also only mixes this at half strength due to the amount of caffeine that this contains.
