30F - This is really good magnesium supplement when consumed with D3. It improved my sleep tenfold and the quality of sleep is better as well. I feel sleepy at around 10 to 10-30 when I take this. I come from a family of insomniacs. Hence I started taking preventative measures for it. Magnesium is just one of them. I also have vitamin D3 deficiency so I am supposed to take those supplements. And D3 and Mg go hand in hand. I forgot to take for a couple of days after taking it for 2 weeks and I actually felt the difference. I didn't sleep as well and didn't feel rested. These capsules are vegetarian and that is very important for me. So I'll buy it again.

I was fatigue all the time. I researched and found I was deficient in Magnesium. I tried this product due to its natural components. With in a week I can see the difference. I will surely buy it again.

I haven't felt much difference after taking it. Dosage is very less. In my opinion it is over priced

Too early to review, but it should have more Mg. Other minerals are a good bonus, and it didn't cause any digestive changes either. It should have though.
