Best short term headache relief
Great purchase, helps best with headaches, material feels great to wear it. But it doesn't last very long, the gel heats uo quickly, you have maybe 5-7 minutes to enjoy.

Very poor quality - stay away
Extremely loose fabric, the quality is of the lowest possible and reeks of petroleum products, that’s something you should be putting on your face to ease up sinusitis, it rather further destroys whatever left of it, and I’m not even talking about migraines (should one even dare using it on that condition)
