Love this item, it holds everything I need for a trip and I like its slim feature

This is a high-quality passport wallet that will be useful in my upcoming international trip, but the wallet is not made from leather despite the product description information provided. For the price I did not expect it to be genuine leather, and the PU leather is generally of good quality, but the fact that this wallet is made from PU, or synthetic, leather needs to be specified clearly in the descriptions. The wallet is not top or full grain leather, or even genuine leather (a lower grade of real leather that is typically made from scraps of bonded leather). After I received the wallet, I checked for the typical signs of real vs. fake leather and was quickly able to establish that it was indeed PU leather – there are no imperfections or texture typical of real leather, but rather it has a consistent pattern typical of PU leather; the material does not wrinkle like real leather when pressed or flexed; the material is cooler to the touch than real leather; there is a chemical smell to the material, and not a leather smell; a drop of water beads onto the surface rather than being absorbed, even partially, as is the case with real leather; and most tellingly, flipping over the flaps on the right allows for looking at the seams and the back of the material, which show that the material is thin with perfect edges, and the back is fabric-like, not rough like the back of animal hide. None the less, this is a good passport wallet as long as it is understood that it is synthetic material – albeit good quality material. The wallet will hold 2-3 passports, as I needed it to (although bulky to close with 3 in it), as well as a number of ID and credit cards. The card slots do not have a lot of excess width, so cards fit very tightly, and there is no give (also typical of synthetic leather). The stitching seem to be well finished and even, but will see over time how well they hold up. The one negative I noticed right away (other than the incorrect description heading of “premium nappa leather”, and the misleading phrase “textured quality leather”) is that the RFID blocking liner used and sewn into each layer has a “crinkly” quality, leading to the wallet being noisy when squeezed or flexed – similar to if tracing paper or a hard foam material lined every panel. This noisiness distracts from the quality of the rest of the product. Given a choice, I would have preferred that the wallet was quiet, but without RFID blocking. Overall, I can recommend this product as long as the buyer is aware that it is made from synthetic leather and the price is in line with similar products made of this material.

I got this VULKIT passport holder for international trips and it has made staying organized a lot easier. My passport fits snugly without being hard to remove at security, and there are enough card slots for my main credit cards, an ID, and a bit of cash. The layout makes it simple to grab what I need quickly instead of digging through a regular wallet and a separate passport sleeve. The RFID blocking feature gives some extra peace of mind when I am in crowded airports or transit stations. The wallet itself is slim enough to fit in a jacket pocket or small sling bag, so I can keep everything close without feeling bulky. The material feels sturdy and the stitching looks clean, so I am not worried about it falling apart after a couple of trips. If you travel and want one place for your passport and essentials that still stays compact, this is a very practical option.

As described, fits everything, well-made

Really nice product. Had good quality material and handling was nice. Another plus was this was not too big either perfect for fitting in a bag. Good amount of card slots and one view window for driving licence etc. Nicely packaged just a shame Amazon slapped a sticker on the box and didn’t over bag.
