Are you on a glp1? Do you have food sensitivities or a sensitive stomach? These may be ideal for you. These work by helping your stomach break down food. Those sulphur burps on a glp1? They are caused by food sitting in your stomach longer (some digestive enzymes are lower than your stomach so that food is just sitting). These can be a godsend to take as a precaution if you're eating out and don't have full control of ingredients. Work wonders and good value for money

This is my second pack, and I think they're pretty good. I was previously taking a different, plant-based digestive enzyme but I've noticed a definite improvement with this one. Just taking one a day and the decent price makes them very affordable.

These unassuming little white tablets allow me to enjoy milk in my coffee and whipped cream on my cakes! My lactose intolerance is 100% better since taking these tablets. If you have lactose intolerance I highly recommend these. I believe they have other intolerance blocking properties too but I only use them for lactose. Truly life changing.
