These bagels are pricey but they are so good. They taste great and the macros are great for a bagel and they are low carb as well

Great for the Keto or Low Carb Lifestyle
My Sola low carb Blu-berry bagels arrived today - 5 days earlier than I expected. I tried one today for dinner - toasted with cream cheese & chives and 2 hard boiled eggs. The bagel wasn't not bad. It was soft, toasted very well. Did not break apart on adding cream cheese; chewy but not as chewy as regular bagels. The taste is something I'm still making a decision on. I think I like it, but I found a slight sour edge - but that could possibly have been the chives in my cream cheese - or possibly the flaxseeds...but the taste was not off-putting or enough to make me regret buying them. Thus, when I have another one, I will have it simply toasted with butter to get the true taste of the bagel. It's possible that I am better served with plain Sola low crab bagels or the sesame bagels - as those were the ones I liked pre-keto. No, these bagels do not contain blueberries - but I think they are worth the price for the convenience of having a low carb bagel without having to make a fathead dough bagel.

Great keto bagels but expensive!
I really like these! The texture is spot on and just like a real bagel and the flavor is delicious! It was great with just butter, and I can’t wait to try it out with some cream cheese! I’m happy to finally find a keto bagel that is delicious but……. They are sooooo expensive! And they only come 4 to a pack so they go quickly. I will buy them sparingly, but if they either decreased the price or added a few more bagels, I’d be obsessed!

Best low carb bagels ever!
Moist, chewy and tasty - just like high carb ones. Yummy toasted or right out of the bag. Worth the price.
