Recomiendo utilizarlos con manoplas, incluso entre unos guantes finos (de seda por ejemplo) y las manoplas. Los "paquetitos" se agitan para que empiece la generación de calor y esta me duró toda la jornada, más de ocho horas. En algunos momentos hasta demasiado calor. Ahora podré hacer rutas invernales sin agobiarme por el frío en los dedos de las manos.

These hand warmers are a godsend on the coldest of days. I walk miles with my work springers every day and the one thing that gets me in ruin a day is cold fingers or cold toes. I’ve been able to put them in my boots before keep my feet toasty but without them I will not be able to fill my fingers. They are a brilliant product. The only thing I would say is if you use them a lot you must remember to moisturise your hands. That’s not a drawback and it won’t stop me using them, but I do think they make your hands go a little dry but they are super very easy to use. Just nip them out the packet shake them a bit. Put them inside your gloves when you get to where you’re going into your hands are nice and warm. My son even took some skiing with him because he suffers from the Cold and he found them really helpful in making his skiing down the mountains enjoyable rather than feeding the cold fingers good value for money
