Very nice quality. Clean and fresh! I enjoy that they added a small ebook about Bitter Apricot Seeds and i suggest everyone to read it. It was good to read that you should start out with 2 seeds a day and see how the body handles it. Im new to these, so this information was helpful! I had one this morning ground up in my smoothie. It was recommended to me to try the apricot kernels as a dietary supplement to aid in my Cancer fight. Very bitter tasting and you’re not supposed to have about a few a day. I didn’t see that it did anything different for me. I just don’t think I needed it.

This is a good value for the money. I have rheumatoid arthritis and my husband is facing some potential health issues so we decided to add this to our daily routine.
