Nice for the price.
Nice quality telescope and additions. Tried it recently on a wildlife weekend and happy with the result.

I tried the product using I phone and samsung. The quality of pictures are not good, they are blurred with no difference vs. output from mobile camera. So, returning the product.

I did my research and looked at many options before making my choice of a 12x50 High Power Monocular Telescope. First of all, I will start with the monocular which is light weight about 8.4oz, powerful, compact size that is perfect for traveling with a high-quality lens. Second of all and what I like the most is the cell phone holder which is really easy to use, what surprised me the most is that you get two types of phone holder in the box, one for small smartphones and the second one for larger smartphones, so you don't have to worry about your phone size... both are really easy to connect to the scope. The tripod is also made from good-quality materials and is enough stable to provide quality pictures. In the box there is a lifetime warranty card... so I believe this is pretty cool, instructions, cleaning cloth, hand strap and a case for the monocular which is really nice I took the little monocular to try it and once I connected it to the phone I was surprised how far and clear this scope can go, I took some pictures of two beautiful ducks that were about 350ft away from the camera and the result is amazing, I can't wait to take it with me in my next adventure. Overall, this is very easy to assemble and very straightforward to use, with great accessories and great quality lens, I will definitely recommend this monocular... really worth the money

All optical instruments are designed to improve vision, improve resolution. This monocular does not give good images. It gives very substantial aberration over the field of view. Basically when you try to get focus, it is never possible to get it good even in a sizable the central area. Even when you watch the moon, only a half of it will be really sharp, the rest will get the aberration called coma. The large field of view is heavily affected by distortion (this is the name of an specific optical aberration). So, optically this telescope is very poorly design. I compared with my Russian monocular 10x40 (costs 60 USD). The image quality was drastically better than in this 12x56 monocular! I am disappointed, it looks as people lost the knowledge how to do a good optical design, they have all tools, but design the optical elements in such a way that they just look good and large, but do not perform. When you use this for taking pictured with your mobile phone, somehow it does not look so bad when you zoom with the phone. I explain it by the fact that the phone itself constantly adjust focus and when you also use zoom in the phone you essentially use a very small field of view over which the image can be sharp enough. I attached pictures without zoom and with 10X zoom using the phone camera. The holder for the phone is good.
